Basically, I’m being too abrupt with my stick inputs at times, which I need to fix before turning off TC. Until I get that fixed, I’m compensating with stiffer suspensions. I don’t touch the ride height at all, which I equate to the springs—perhaps incorrectly. I only adjusted what’s labeled as “suspension” and the anti-roll/sway bars.

Actually, you didn't have to change to number 2 because the game would've asked you after reselecting your other number. I know this because I couldn't remember if I selected the number change, which I didn't want, and re selected an old driver's then-current number before hitting "no."

According to @PJTierney, whom I have no reason to disbelieve, the time trial leaderboards in the Dirt franchise(s) are cross-platform. While partial credit for adding this feature to the F1 series goes to @dezzy71 for the topic below, I liked the idea so much that I had to post it here as a poll, which I'll give my answer to first. Please explain your answer of CM have as much info as possible for this discussion internally in the future. I believe the TT leaderboards should be cross-platform because it'll make setup hunting a lot easier. As it stands, finding a full season of hot lap setups is a bit cumbersome for Xbox users because we has to document setups from, say @StephanGPYT, before using them, whereas we'd be able to apply the in-game without prior documentation, if the leaderboards were cross-platform.

There should be a way to change the langue in the options menu. Try looking there before reporting anything.

The problem with that is cornering. Imagine how unstable a car would be taking a slow-speed turn immediately after a DRS zone, such as Hungary's first turn, with DRS open. While high speed corners would be problematice as well, I'd wager on slow corners being worse for some reason.

Thank you. What little Spanish I remembered from high school (your secondary, I believe) told me that this topic may be a bug report (topic below), which the translation confirms it to be. Please complete an official bug report in the appropriate section. -

I am frustrated I cant tell (lap times, manual gearing)
TurkeySloth2107 replied to vTeritron's topic in F1 Chat
I suggest clearing the time with an automatic gearbox, which you seem to be averse to, because auto and manual gearboxes are completely different. For example, I'm prone to overshifting either way, which can't using an auto, with a manual gearbox. My only assist is medium TC right now, after dumpng both ABS and the automatic gearbox. It could be down to your driving style at those tracks not meshing with a manual gearbox and the assists you're using, if any. -
Patch 1.09 and Patch 1.10 | Patch Notes
TurkeySloth2107 replied to BarryBL's topic in F1® 2020 Game Forum
Ah. I thought the bug was all platfroms. -
I play a few games that number updates in a more granular fashion that starts the Version, goes to Update, then Hotfix, and finally Build. I think using a similar structure for F1 2020, or other CM games, would be beneficial because it conserves the second number sequence for things like the upcoming performance patch. For example, the current patch would be v. 1.09.01 under that structure.

Licensing issues.

My guess is it won't run on PS 5 because it was released before 13 July, the testing date Sony's given for games.

And, the performance patch is around month away. Please stop asking.

Please fill out a proper bug report, if you want this looked at. -
I am aware of this and agree it’s what Codemasters will do, which is why I said mine was the easiest—as opposed to the wisest (this).

Bought the whole thing, as I will in the future, because I’m only doing TT. While there are a few decent kits (helmets/suits/gloves) and liveries in season 2, my favourite setup is still Cosmos.

Completely agreed. The easiest thing to do would be get Epic on the phone about licensing the piece of anti-cheat software on Fortnite they license.
