It would be cool if we could select from some recent F1 drivers who still have their face in the game like Hülkenberg, Kubica and obviously Alonso. I know at some point the 2020 F2 grid will be added so I’m looking forward to that.

What about contacting the drivers themselves to ask permission to use their likeness? Or are there’s more licensing issues that prevent that?

The helmet just looks so bland without them. Especially with the relatively limited options we have already. I know now this is a small issue and I’d rather Codemasters priorities fixing any bug issues that the game has, but it’s one of those small details that would really add a bit more immersion by not having my driver stand out so much when watching replays. Edit: Also being able to edit the colour and placement of helmet sponsors independently from the car sponsors would be nice,

Nurburgring and Imola potentially in the future as they were in the game reletively recently so it would be easier to update them. But the rest I'd say definetly no. Either way It wouldnt be soon, maybe DLC down the line if at all. Probably not.

Here’s the difficulties I tend to run at each track. I’m pretty settled on these. In the format of Q-R or just the one number if I don’t change it between the two. Australia 91-93 Bahrain 96-97 Vietnam 94-95 China 94 Zandvoort 96 Spain 92-94 Monaco 103-101 Azerbaijan 101-102 Canada 104 France 95-97 Austria 98-101 Britain 93-95 Hungary 89-91 Belgium 98-100 Monza 104 Singapore 90-92 Russia 98-100 Japan 91 Usa 95 Mexico 97 Brazil 98-100 UAE 100 So yeah, Monaco for me is a bit of an anomaly it seems. And **** Hungary and its final sector.

Usually I’ll do full Qualifying while doing full outlaps and in laps. But sometimes I can’t be bothered and I’ll just do Short Qualifying and use the “flying lap” and “return to garage” options. Really depends on how I’m feeling I guess.

My guess is hat you use more fuel in the wet because you’re holding down the accelerator for longer both to get up to speed and to stay at speed as it takes longer to drive around the track. Its stupid, yeah.

I've just finished my 4th season, and the only transfers that have happened at all are retired drivers being replaced by F2 drivers or a team replacing the driver I signed from them with my old driver. Like in season 2 when I signed Russelll from Williams, they replaced him with my original driver Aitken. When Kimi retired, Alfa replaced him with De Vries and no other transfers were made that season. Start of season 5. 2024. Vettel is still at Ferrari with Leclerc, a 39 year old Hamilton is still at Mercades, with Luca Ghiotto after Bottas retired. Russell is a free agent after I decided not to resign him to try and get Mercades to replace the retiring Bottas. Max and Albon both still at RB. Norris and Sainz at McLaren. Ricciardo and Ocon at Renault. Stroll and Perez at RP. Grosjean and K-Mag at Haas. Kvyat and Gasly at AT. Giovinazzi and De Vries at Alfa. Latifi and Aitken at Williams (ok the Williams lineup is pretty realistic ngl) I've checked several times whether transfers are turned on and they are. Is it maybe just a bit broken for my save and it will work properly if I start a new save?

I think it’s called “Arrow” or “Arrows” iirc. I bought it in the daily items so you’d have to wait for it to come around again I think.

Yeah I wish there were more than the 3 options for season lengths, but I understand it would be harder to get the wear scaling right. More importantly imo, we need to be able to adjust the order of races.

This is meant to be black, not chrome. The way the reflection textures work on the My Team cars makes them stand out massively on the grid. I don’t want to have to use one of the matte liveries just to make it look a bit like a real car. I mean fixing this shouldn’t be a priority, but it would be nice.

Just got this bug for the first time in a few days. I played almost an entire season without encountering it. I thought I’d found a reliable workaround. 50% race. **** me. I don’t feel like playing anymore.

I’ve had it happen in plenty of races where I didn’t have a safety car, but it still hasn’t happened after disabled the safety car from ever showing up.

That guy who said to disable the safety car might be onto something. Haven’t had this glitch since I disabled it.
