Same issue ps4 I believe they are looking into this as I have brought it up numerous times. I can’t even play ranked events or join a league

I can’t even accesses any online features on f1 2020 only and my super licence was issued 1/1/1970 😂🤷‍♂️

I have this same issue I made another account and it works fine on that account ps4 🤷‍♂️ So I believe it’s something to do with the account

I keep getting this error every time I try to open the podium pass and the item shop also when I try to join a league I get error 500:H I've tried uninstalling the game and the PS4 with no joy and updating them to the latest version 1.04 no problems with any other games 🤷‍♂️ any help would be much appreciated
