Looking to join a league any tips how to find one?

I will rise to an A or S safety ranking and then at random times my safety rating will reset to B (20). How come every time i get to an A safety rating the next time i log in to play it resets down to "B". I have received the A I am not waiting for promotion for clarity.

I started a league and we race every night at 19:30, the last three races everything starts fine then at some point in the first 6-12 laps I get a "Disconnected during Host migration" error message NP15 and it starts the race over. What to do? IMG_3280.HEIC
