I’m having this issue on PS4 1.04 also

This is my only downside of F1 2020. There is so much content in the game but the trophies available give the player no incentive to do them. There’s nothing to encourage players to tackle the F2 championship, or any of the championships except my team. I love the career mode and will make sure to get them all, but a bit of reward for also playing the other game types would be welcome. Hopefully codies can add some in
