I am proudly Portuguese and bought the F1 2020 Schumacher Edition because this was likely the last chance of getting a modern F1 game with a Portuguese track. As it so happens, it looks like Codemasters has no intention of including the just confirmed Portimão track in the F1 2020 game, despite the track already being in another of their games (not F1). It is a shame that they haven't stated their intentions on the purchase page of the major platforms, such as Microsoft Store and Playstation Store, but rather just some interview in some other site. The officially licensed F1 2020 game will *not* feature all 2020 tracks, if there ever was something that required a disclaimer, that is it!
Please consider refunding the game to all gamers that, in these early stages, were not informed that your officially licensed F1 product would *not* feature all 2020 tracks (without an adequate disclaimer in the respective product descriptions). Similarly, because you claim this is a rights issue, I will make sure to complain with the F1 rights holders about this misleading "officially licensed" product of the 2020 season (and suggest everyone else to do the same).
Best regards,
