Hi there, always about the rain but from another perspective, I think yesterday's Turkish GP teaches us that in the rain AI should make more driving mistakes, not necessarily fatal, but really many more. This would also allow human players to make more mistakes than in dry conditions, like it's normal, but still remaining competitive in the race. Yesterday even Hamilton did mistakes and we know how the race ended... Just to share my thoughts. Have a nice day, Nuv

Sometimes the online lap times are not loaded in Time Trial mode, although my line is ok and the communication with the server is on. 2. Platform PS4 3. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.08 --> 1.12 4. Game-mode? Time Trial 5. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. Every now and then EDIT: it happens really very often, perhaps even "always" except the very first time I enter a TT session/garage 6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I can do nothing, simply the lap times are not displayed and I cannot use ghost, setup, etc. 7. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) Logitech G29, don't know it it may affect the issue 8. Any screenshots or video of the issue? It looks similar to this, isn't it? BTW issue always there and sometimes I also get "communicating with online services" after ending a TT session to get back to the main menu. Stuck there, only fix is close the app.

Hi there, I don't know how a team changes its behaviour in the track through the seasons by increasing its car level, but if it may help, here more or less how it works at least in season 1-2: 100 points of difference in Teams Performance overall stats mean around 1 second per lap, so more or less equal to 10 points of AI (then we know each track is different etc.). Here a tab of what the performances should be at the beginning of season 1 (100% unofficial measures) We know also drivers stats play a role into the overall performance, but all in all it looks approximate but quite satisfying calculation. This has been checked during my whole season 1 and beginning of season 2 with the performance of my teammate as a reference, together with the poleman/race winner and the fastest driver of a couple of teams with similar stats as mine. For example the Mercedes which started at ~583, after 4 races of season 2 is currently at ~753 and it's 1,7 s. faster than in season 1. Probably this must break after a certain car level/season... I would also add, although it's pretty nice to face a weather change during the race, this should be even more rare I think, I mean, probably a wet race may happen but perhaps it is also less frequent that it starts to rain right during the race...!

You have two emails, the first one with the savegame just after the race ("profile" file etc.), the second one perhaps with the highlight itself, always taken from my PS4 savegames. Cheers, Nuv

Hi, I take the opportunity to publish my current stats: 26 races 100% length so far (driver career): - Qualifying (19% wet) 21 dry 3 wet 2 mixed conditions (which means Q1 dry, Q2 wet for example, or changing weather during a session...) - Race (23% wet) 20 dry 6 mixed conditions (2 of them started wet, then dried out, wet again at the end) - Practice sessions I do not write the detail but more or less same percentages From my point of view it looks a bit too much raining in comparison with the real, and if I should count the total dry weekends, they are only 10 out of 26. The best solution IMHO would be to add a toggle to choose the weather session by session (automatic, dry, full wet, etc.) like the AI difficulty. Cheers, Nuv

Hi CM, it would be nice IMHO to add filters to the online ranking (for each track) and get the own filtered position as well, not only about the 3 AIDS but also about control method, pad or wheel (or keyboard?). Since it's very different the behaviour of the car due to the automatic correction of understeering with pad (if I correctly understand), the mixed comparison it's quite useless... While it would be a lot more interesting to know the ranking having the same configuration (aids + control), e.g.: no aids + wheel ranking only. Thank you for reading Kind regards, Nuv

Wow, this is very very interesting, with the graphics of each part of the track! Yeah, this of course had it's quite difficult to interpret but it gives elements to study... For example the top 10 laps with that setup (I'm in Bahrain BTW) go from -0,19 to -0,29... the setup is quite a bit oversteering somewhere, but obviously I try to get the pro and avoid the cons and that -0,29 was the fastest lap... Hi again @Ender0042, a couple of questions if possible... what's the balance value here? Is it possible to register the telemetry of a ghost in Time Trial? I find the name of the (ghost) player in the "Tracking" panel and I can choose it, but after running a whole lap with the ghost, it looks it doesn't register it, am I doing anything wrong? Just to complete my post, here is what Sainz achieved in Qualifying (after that fake Q1), laptimes are in the rain but he is just 13th!

Just tested a Q2 as well, there they started the last 8 drivers (from 8th to 15th), so 3 "at risk", but I guess sometimes it may not be enough too. All in all even the Mercedes usually make their 2nd run in the real (in each session), so I think everybody should do it both in Q1 and in Q2.

One more test and once again only the last 6 drivers (5 currently out and 1 at risk) try their 2nd attempt in the last minute of Q1.
