Hi there, just to add my little experience, in few words: - AI looks slower in high speed tracks like Monza/Spielberg, and faster in low speed tracks like Monaco; - AI looks stronger when accelerating rather than braking or at least that's their driving style; - I also noticed AI is damn fast in the last 2 laps of the race. I feels the car light as well but it's really impossible to match their pace, that's why I save ERS and FUEL for that purpose if only I have someone even 3-4 seconds behind, to be safe. In general I think the AI balance is really difficult to find and to adapt to all the tracks simultaneously, that's why I slightly adapt the AI myself tipically up to 5 points race by race. With this little trick I always have so great racing experience both in qualifying and in race, I am very happy with this ... and yes I also would like "automatic" adaption but really really hard for sure. About the 3rd point I guess this may be considered a little bug, easy to fix, hopefully they will do it with one of the next patches... Cheers, Nuv

Really interesting post and weird behaviour of the AI... I'm currently almost ending my season one but mine is Career Mode (Elite mode), never played an F1 title before, started with 90 AI, I raised to 95 qualy (90 race) soon, in the second part of the season I set everything to 100 (except a couple of race 105 qualy), I'm 14-4 with my team mate in qualifying and 16-2 in race. But my increased speed may be related to my poor starting skill as well... From how things stand now, I will probably try a season 2 something like between 103Q-100R & 105Q-102R, I'm wondering if the described behaviour will affect also my Career Mode, I will monitor it... This is exactly what I experienced in the last weekend by ending one race weekend and trying again, but I was waiting before to update/continue my post to the next race change (probably tomorrow) to be more precise and write a guide about! Same here, 2 wheels Logitech G29 on PS4, no way to play in Split Screen with both, like described only P1 can play with it, P2 only with a controller

Hi there, I have just tested the "autosave off" feature, but it looks it doesn't work... I did the following: 1. ended Singapore GP (rain once again ) with Autosave turned on; 2. go back to the General Quarter after tha race; 3. while there, before to start the next Russian weekend, go back to the Main Screen; 4. Options and Autosave turned OFF; 5. General Quarter again and started the new weekend; 6. had a look at the forecast, it was ALL DRY; 7. tried to save "somewhere" but couldn't find anything therefore... 8. started FP1 but no way to manual save also inside it ; 9. I couldn't save but once my purpose was to test the "feature", go back to the Main Menu once again; 10. continued my career again expecting to be in the General Quarter before the Russian weekend, instead I was already in the Russian FP1, therefore in some way "a kind of autosave" must have been done the same, although the option was absolutely turned OFF!!! Am I missing anything to make the trick work? Thank you, bye Nuv

Hi there, I saved the screenshot for other purposes but, once I'm there, it looks this wet Singapore GP was going to exceed the 2 hours race limit (and did it!), but I hadn't any communication during the last laps of the race, I couldn't watch any countdown etc. so I'm wondering if this feature is implemented (I guess it is not, but cannot be 100% sure). Nothing really important but, if not, it would be close to the real, so it would be nice to add it Thanks. Nuv

First of all I confirm in my "cinema" section only two highlights have been saved since the beginning of my championship (now 16 races): Today, after Singapore GP, I got this message for the first time : which sounds like this more or less: "The highlights could not be generated as the replay size exceeds the limits of the storage device". What does it mean??? I guess anything really related with my storage device since my PS4 has got a lot of free space in the disk! So what? Any help/explanation would be really appreciated... I cannot manage to get NAT1: the PS4 is connected to a router via ethernet which is connected to a 2nd modem/router (always via ethernet) which get the internet line and has all the ports opened and redirected to the router below. But it looks I cannot directly (in the PS4) use the login PPPoE of the modem/router, it doesn’t work 🙁 I’m wondering if anyone having this issue is really in NAT 2 or if for everyone in NAT 2 isn’t working though... A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. Not a big issue but, in the Race Director panel, after race, it looks the compound of the lap in which I enter/exit the pit may be wrong. Look at the picture at the bottom. I enter the pit at the end of the 25th lap and change tyres from (S) to (M). I mean, I probably begin lap 26 on (S) because I cross the line before to change tyres (we are at Monza and I'm on an Alfa Romeo with very late box), but then I complete the whole lap on (M). I guess it would be more correct to register lap 26 as (M) compound. Here it is, this is just the second time in all the championship till Monza (15th GP of my Driver Career) in which I can see the highlights of the race! Look at the image below and the one at the top, there "Visualizza highlight" is missing! @BarryBL, can you explain that? Thank you for help. Kind regards, Nuv

Hi, I'm using this "soft" settings with quite good results... I could increase "Effects on Track" a little bit but both Force Feedback (5) and Steering Damper (10) are at the maximum possible for me or the wheel becomes really heavy and slow. Regards, Nuv

Just to add my experience, got it once too, first time ever with 1.08 PS4... Track France, Time Trial mode, had already a good time, first sector I was nearly ahead of my ghost and got something like +24 s. at the intermediate! A lap restart fixed it, not experienced again later. Bye, Nuv

Hi, not sure this is the best way to talk about, but there are many "issues" about the weather I would prefer to shoot all-at-once. Please tell me if I should rather create more topics in different sections, thank you. 1. A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. A) weather forecast --> first of all it's a bit weird to have the main screen like this while inside you have this Then in a Monaco 100% race (78 laps) this would let me expect the rain around the 67th lap while it started to rain during the 41th lap and I had to change to intermediate tyres at 43-44th. This would be even OK if "sometimes" the forecast is not so precise, but it's the 3rd time over 3 mixed race I face it: the condition changes always before than expected. B) and this is the main point IMHO --> it's very funny to race with the wet, even more mixed race but... not so often! I have currently played 7 races of my season and 3 have been in mixed condition. If we look at the stats of real F1 wet races in the last 10 years, well, there are really few. And there is no way to avoid this in the game. I mean, "random" weather is OK like this but I would suggest to add a new weather option to choose on (dry - wet - mixed - random), easy mod for a great achievement: C) silly comments by the engineering about weather like these: - at the beginning of that Monaco race (look at point A) --> "no rain forecast at the moment" (what???) - during the last lap of the race --> "this rain won't stop for the next 20 minutes" (??? I really don't care what happens in the next 20 minutes, just in the next 20 seconds!) 2. Platform PS4 but I guess it's a general behaviour 3. I would add to the point A) of my previous post I would add that the single icon should be "sun" if the race is totally dry, "rain" if the race is totally wet, "a kind of mixed icon" for mixed conditions expected... About point B) I confirm that wet conditions look really too frequent in the championship (I'm running Career mode), the best thing would be to allow the user to make the choice because I love rain or mixed conditions but... not if it happens every time!
