I upgraded from the T3PA pedals that came with my T300RS GT base. Sorry for not clarifying that in my original reply! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I use my T-LCM pedals while barefoot, so shoes are definitely not a requirement. As for whether they're worth the cost, my opinion is yes, absolutely. I've had mine since March and love the difference, especially after I made some dead-zone adjustments to better suit my personal driving style.

UPDATE: Today's game update reset all driver ratings in my game, but after completing the Driver Training Camp activity (+3 to all ratings), that driver (Matsushita and Mazepin in today's testing) maintains a +3 overall rating even when I delete the save file before starting a new My Team save. The increase is cumulative; with enough save cycles all of the initial My Team driver teammates could have a 99 overall rating (again, all actual ratings appear to stay as they should). The fact that this update reset the ratings does seem to indicate that the issue is somewhere in the local file structure, at least. UPDATE #2: It appears I was mistaken in thinking the OVR rating was only a visual bug. As shown in the attached screenshot, under Corporate->Contracts Nikita Mazepin is showing +6 to all ratings, indicating the +3 to all ratings from Driver Training Camp was applied in addition to the previous Driver Training Camp I'd completed with this driver in an entirely different, since-deleted career save. If this bug is not purely visual--if these rating increases are recognized as valid by the game--a driver's ratings could all be pushed to 99 before the first race!

Wow, no one else has run into this at all? I'm both worried and kind of impressed. It definitely makes me wonder what could be happening that's both specific to my system and persistent across complete removal/reinstall.

1. Starting early this afternoon, when I start a new My Team career the ratings for some prospective teammate drivers have changed. The changes seem to coincide with the bonus granted by the first driver activity. Individual ratings (e.g. PAC, AWA) are not altered. 2. PC 3. 1.06 4. My Team 5. The bug is cumulative. As of right now, on the teammate hire screen when first starting a new team, Jack Aitken is 76 OVR, Anthoine Hubert is 68 OVR, Mick Schumacher is 66. If I select a teammate and complete the driver activity which boosts my teammate's ratings ahead of the first race weekend, the next time I start a new My Team career, that driver will have a new/higher OVR rating. 6. I verified all files via Steam, removed all user data from my Documents\My Games folder, and completely uninstalled the game. The altered driver ratings are still present after a clean reinstallation. 7. Thrustmaster T300RS wheel base; Thrustmaster F1 wheel configured for Advanced Mode; Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals 8.
