Hello, I just installed F1 2019 from the PC Game pass, and I can't seem to be able to login to the online services, which in turn does not allow me to save my progress. If I play offline the game works fine, but every time I start the game I essentially start from scratch - I did not find any option to save the progress locally and autosave evidently did not work. When the game attemps to connect when starting (or in any subsequent attempts from the ingame main menu), this message pops up: Failed to login to online services Error code: 20 I believe my issues stem from this error, could you please advise? Game version 1.22 Internet connected through Ethernet, no connectivity issue that I can see aside from F1 2019.
