Bump. Received an e-mail from Codemasters support stating sounds corrupted, delete the save game and start over. I still see this is an ongoing problem though. Before I delete dozens of hours of progress, A. Is the problem solved and won't happen again? B. Is the fix being deployed (hopefully in 1.08) going to possibly correct my game? If so I'll wait for the next patch instead of starting my whole career over.

Good morning.
I saw a similar but not same error posted previously regarding not being able to negotiate with a second driver. Mine has progressed past that with my 2nd driver now having a contract but time not advancing past December 1st.
Last week I ran into an issue with F1 2020 on the PS4. This is version 1.07. While playing My Team, I was informed in the middle of my second season that Kimi was retiring. After the last race it simmed to November 30th where it had me go to the driver's market for a new driver contract; however, I was unable to negotiate with any drivers even though I had $32 million on hand. The only options were watch/compare. Thinking oh that's a weird bug, I backed out and when getting back into My Team, it is now December 1st. Kimi has a 289d contract signed, there's a message that he's retired and we have to replace him, I cannot do anything in the driver's market, and my game will not advance past December 1st.
I've rebuilt my databases per advice on this forum to no avail. The issue has persisted since last week with no change. I've included a YouTube link below that shows what is occurring.

Cannot advanced time in My Team after contract error with Kimi at end of season 2. November 30th in driver's market I was unable to negotiate with any driver. After backing out and re-entering game, it is now December 1st, Kimi shows a 289d contract, I cannot negotiate with any driver still, and the game will not advance past December 1st.

Have tried reinstalling game, rebuilding databases, and rechecking for updates all to no avail. Digital download game, no disc. Have entered into MyTeam at least 12 times to attempt to advance this after multiple problem solving steps to no avail.
6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue
Reinstall of game from PSN Store. Rebuild of PS4 databases after launching PS4 in safe mode. Checking for updates and verifying game is up to date.
7. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc)
Dualshock 4

My Team Driver Contract Error

@RobCL I did check in compare. I was able to do it with no issues my first season to sign Kimi for the second season. But when it got to that point I had no option this season. Now it's past the driver market negotiations and I can't advance
