I find braking is much more difficult when using pedals instead of a controller. Well, at least this is my impression after approx. 20h using the T300. The brake pedal is quite hard and it's really difficult to stop the tyres from getting locked. I think the actual window for the braking force is too small and it's difficult to come down gradually from 100% to 0% in a fraction of a second. I really like to learn trail braking but I'm curious if it's even possible with the standard pedals of the T300. Anyone facing similar issues? My corner speed is often way too low because I loose to much speed in the braking process.

I made the switch from PS4 controller to T300 a week ago and spent around 15h on the T300 now. My lap times are almost equal on both devices now. However, I find you can push down the throttle earlier with the controller, while you have to be more careful with the wheel. Of course, the steering precision is much better with the wheel. But what really annoys me is the braking. I find the braking is way to sensitive with the wheel. Because of that, my corner speed is often too slow. Is there any setting for the wheel to help with the braking?

Thanks. After working my way through all the related topics on this board, I'm thinking I should focus more on my actual driving abilities than experimenting with setups.

The information regarding tyre pressures is confusing to me. On the one hand, you need to increase the tyre pressure for better grip, on the other hand, it will lead to higher temperatures, which lead to loss of grip. Is there anything I can do to increase the traction on corner exit except tyre pressure?

Thanks. So you should set the FFB to 100% in the wheel app and max. 70% in the game. Got it. But what if you use the T300 with a PS4? There's no wheel app. Is it still 70% than?

What's your experience with understeer ON / OFF? I assume ON is more difficult but it is also faster if you can handle it? What about the rotation angle? Have you tried 180°?

First of all, thanks for sharing. I just got my T300 this week and I'm struggling with the transition from controller to wheel. (I'm playing on a PS4, by the way.) I'm testing in Barcelona and I'm about 1.5 sec behind compared to using a controller. The handling just doesn't feel as dynamic as I expected it to be. I applied some wheel settings from some YT video (FFB = 95%) but I'm not too happy with the overall feeling. Unfortunately, I don't fully understand David Greco's posting. What is the wheel app?? I'm a bit lost here. Can anybody share his T300 settings for the PS4? I would greatly appreciate it.
