There are only certain parts of the track where it does it. Monaco has a small section of track where it does it as well. There are other tracks but I forgot which ones have this issue as well. So at 4:10 of your video. You are saying this is the issue? Would this be the sound of all of the air turbulence off of the car in front of you hitting your helmet?

Step 1) set team audio to non-default sound device. Step 2) close the game. Step 3) reopen the game and start a race. The team audio will be coming through your primary audio device. 6. I change it from my desired audio device and back to my desired audio device. This fixes the problem every time. 7.
