    Feasibility of Bahrains Outer circuit?

Oh. Is there a limit on the number of tracks they can include in the game?

    Yes. I 100% agree!

    Time Trial Track Limits

That's awesome! I just graduated from the controller to a sim two months ago so I know exactly how you feel. I'm not sure what the jump from Medium to Off on TC is like because I was overly ambitious and went straight to Off (I paid for this dearly), but turning ABS off is really difficult at first but once you get a feel for it it's really fun. Best of luck! P.S. To start out I would recommend doing a bunch of laps around Austria as Turns 1, 3, and 4 are nice heavy braking zones and the exit of Turn 3 is really tough to find the sweet spot between getting on the throttle too early and spinning or getting on it too late and losing lap time!

    Re-Ordering and Filtering Setups

I know this is probably too much work but if you create a new blank setup (literally just save the balanced preset as a new setup) you can use that as a placeholder to rearrange your setups. Basically what I did was if I wanted to swap my Silverstone setup with my Interlagos setup, I would load the Interlagos setup, save it to the placeholder setup, load my Silverstone setup, save it to the Interlagos setup, load the placeholder setup, save it to the Silverstone setup, and adjust the names accordingly. It's a lot of work but it's worth it.

Bahrain Turn 10 is literally the bane of my existence with ABS off 😂. The line you have to take in order to actually slow down for the corner without locking up is actually absurd. It's really interesting how Hanoi Turn 2 & 3 are equally difficult but for an entirely different reason: throttle management and your line out of Turn 1 basically makes or breaks your lap time with this corner.

    Feasibility of Bahrains Outer circuit?

I totally understand the position CodeMasters takes on this as I know it is a lot of work to produce 22 tracks (including 2 new ones) for a game. In my opinion, they've done a great job with the tracks this year. I just think that a lot of people would really appreciate the update as it would allow us to feel more connected to the F1 season. This crazy season has seen Formula 1 add/bring back 6 circuits to the calendar that were not initially planned which means that 40% (6/15) of the tracks used this year won't be in the F1 2020 game. If CM aren't able to add any of these tracks to the game this year, I think a lot of us would love to see these tracks brought in for F1 2021, maybe as a replacement for some of the short circuits. @BarryBL

Fanatec Formula V2 - Custom button mapping PC

No problem. Honestly, the sheer number of buttons makes it pretty overwhelming when it comes to trying to figure out a good control scheme. I actually made a spreadsheet with all of the possible uses for buttons in F1 2020 and sketched out a setup. It definitely takes some fine-tuning to get everything to your liking, but once you get comfortable you'll love the wheel.

Fanatec Formula V2 - Custom button mapping PC

If you go to the Formula V2 wheel on Fanatec's website, under the Downloads section they have a link to the QuickGuide which has a section detailing button mapping/functionality across different platforms. I've also attached a screenshot of the button mapping chart to this post. I don't own a PS4, so I'm not sure what the "Game Specific Buttons" do or if they even function with the PS4, but assuming they don't, these are the buttons/functions you would lose: Left/Right Rotation of FunkySwitch (button 11 in original post) Left/Right Thumb Encoders (buttons 4 & 5 in original post) Left/Right Rotary Dials (buttons 13 & 17 in original post) Left/Right Rocker Switches (buttons 9 & 21 in original post) I used this wheel on an XBOX One prior to making the switch over to PC and one of the things I noticed was that some of the buttons were redundant. Essentially, I would have buttons on the wheel that served the same purposes as the accelerator, clutch, brake pedal, and both paddle shifters. I don't think this will be a problem on the PS4 but you might want to do some research about PS4's peripheral button mapping. As far as the APM goes, Fanatec's website says it's compatible with the PS4, but they also say it's compatible with the XBOX One even though the traditional paddle shifters are the only functions that work. Again, not sure how this translates to PS4, but you could probably find someone on Reddit who's posted something about this. I would personally go for the new Magnetic Paddle Module as the paddles are actually higher quality than the APM and cost way less. The hand clutch on the APM is cool at first but I only use it for race starts; the advertised "Dual Clutch" and "Bite Point" are also not supported by Codemasters. It's basically a glorified clutch pedal.

    Feasibility of Bahrains Outer circuit?

That's pretty interesting. Given that they incorporated in-game purchases with the Podium Pass, I don't think they would be opposed to making these circuits a paid DLC to offset the licensing fees. I'm assuming there aren't any licensing issues with Bahrain Short (Paddock Circuit), Suzuka Short, Silverstone Short (International Circuit), or Circuit of The Americas Short (National Circuit), as these tracks are not on the official F1 calendar but are in the game...

    Ghosting brake marker boards

Why has nobody thought of this before? I've had to resort to using the corners-only racing line in online so I'd love to see this!

I have this wheel and it's amazing. I added the APM (Advanced Paddle Module) to mine which I love and it adds two extra inputs which I use for DRS (left upper paddle) and ERS (right upper paddle). If I have one gripe with this wheel it's that some of the buttons/switches are harder to reach without removing a hand from the wheel, so I try to keep the more important functions close to my thumbs. There's actually not that many "super important" functions in F1 2020, so this is pretty easy to do. Anyways, if I didn't have the APM, this is how I would lay out my wheel: DRS Pit Setup Panel (MFD Shortcut) I just use this so I can quickly check what tire compound I'm using for the next stint so I don't have to cycle through the whole MFD Menu Brake Bias Decrease Differential Increase/Decrease I've started using this a lot more recently in order to find an extra few tenths each lap, which is why I've assigned it to an encoder Fuel Mix Increase/Decrease Brake Bias Increase Radio / Voice Commands Pit-Limiter (The switches are difficult to reach without taking my hand off the wheel so I don't use them) Upshift (This is a 7-way FunkySwitch, so you get quite a lot of options at the tip of your thumb) D-PAD: MFD Navigation (Up, Down, Left, Right) Press: Clutch Rotate **** Left/Right: ERS Increase/Decrease ERS (You could theoretically use this for Fuel Mix if you set your wheel to ENC mode (Tuning Menu Option), but I don't use the rotary dials for F1 2020) Clutch I know this is a bit outside of the "thumb's reach away" parameter, but depending on how much you use the clutch you could always switch it with the Pit Setup Panel (Button #2) Pause Reverse Again, I know this button isn't really "a thumb's reach away" but in my experience whenever I find myself having to reverse I can afford to take one hand off the wheel for a second to press the reverse button (I don't use the rotary dials for F1 2020) MFD (Joystick) Joystick Down: Look Back Joystick Left/Right: Look Left/Look Right Press: Car Damage Panel (MFD Shortcut) Downshift (The switches are difficult to reach so I don't use them) Hopefully this is somewhat helpful. I'd be happy to link a screenshot of my button mapping if you would like!

    Feasibility of Bahrains Outer circuit?

I don't think I stand alone in saying that I would totally shell out an extra $10-20 for DLC with the Bahrain Outer Circuit and a few of the other added circuits to this year's F1 calendar. If these circuits cannot be added to this year's game, I think a lot of people would love to see the added circuits make an appearance in F1 2021...
