Just happen to me on Xbox one s, how i can help? Its realy frustrating, so if can help to improve, its not in vain... I remember receiving an xbox error message in saving something, after some time and my console has not been shut down ever since, I reset the console due to a bug in a subtitles dialog that didn't disappear, there entered the screen for creating a new account, I had no other option to choose.
