because they want to treat everyone equally I think including those that have bought disc copies of the game like myself which takes longer to set up, as the discs have to be sent to the shops and then the shops have to send them to us customers that have ordered a disc copy.

When will we here about DLC integration...
sjsharp2010 replied to V8R3L3NTL3SS1's topic in General Discussion
There will be three mini-expansions for GRID Autosport and each will have a specific ‘theme’ surrounding it. The mini-expansions will each include a selection of new locations, some will include new cars and in some cases new game modes entirely. Each mini-expansion will also bring with it a brand new addition to the single player experience, so while you’ll be able to take your new content online, you’ll also be able to play it offline. We’ll have more info on each of the new pieces of content closer to their release. It’s at this time we can confirm that there will be a Season Pass available for both PC and PlayStation 3. Yeah I saw that too which is great both me and @RubyRuby will be all over that I'm suer it's great they have plans to expand the game for both single player and multiplayer groups -
the answer to both is no what damage you get you carry to the end of the race unless you use a flashback I assume to correct the mistake before you make it.

yeah I think they've put together an awesome game here almost time to see the truth for ourselves though :D

I think that's because they want to treat al customers fairly

same here just playing Mass Effect 1 and watching the WC while I wait having fun being a renegade ME 1 is the best of the trilogy imo. ME2 is my favourite but I like all 3 though have all the DLC too so makes it even more fun, Origin isn't really a bad service in my opinion. It isn't as fun and good as Steam, but it does the trick. And you can still import your ME 1 &2 character, even though you played those games on steam I agree Origin's not a bad system but it's a tad slow when it comes to downloading DLC onto your game though whereas Steam does this instantly. That's probably my main criticism. It can take a few hours for Origin to ready ME3 for action if you have DLC that you want to use.

Clearly you missed Costa Rica against Uruguay? Costa Rica have a lot of pace up front, Jags and Cahill will struggle against Campbell. They're really well organised and will be difficult to breakdown. England aren't good enough, it's that simple. While they're playing better than they have in the past, they're still a really long way from being a good side. There's no danger when we have the ball, rarely an end product, no creativity, too many young players trying to do too much. The future is good, the present isn't. yeah I think we've gotto look at the future here tbh the tournament was over the moment the draw was made in my opinion as I knew we would struggle with this group as we don't have the players anymore. They will ikmprove but they need moer experience this WC really came too early for them.

Don't think Steam has anything I want at the moment

I think that's the case with me too as I tend to push quite hard in races especially in the F1 games and I think that's what undoes me at Monaco because as you're negotiating the bumps they do have a tendency to throw you into a spin. In my last 2012 career though I think I did take it easier which in turn helped me get better results whether I'm able to transfer this skill onto the other F1 games. i'll have to wait and see but hopefully I can -
What do you believe makes a great racing team
sjsharp2010 replied to FR15KYCGS's topic in General Discussion
Nah, the blame was on Checo for that one (Massa was proven to have braked much earlier than normal.) :P yeah Checo probably was moer to blame for that as he does have a tendency to push his luck a little bit in comparison to Massa. Massa is usually quite careful and reserved these days and kind of has been since his crash in Hungary really. -
Which Discipline will you start your career with on Grid Autosport
sjsharp2010 replied to sjsharp2010's topic in General Discussion
It isn't but CM think pleasing a few and taking away a bit from the core disciplines is better. The day they finally realise how few people really care about tuner/street/drift and make a proper racing game like TOCA will be a glorious one, this is a step towards that. yeah it's about making little steps in the right direction besides at least this time we can leave those disciplines alone if we want to. We can pick and choose where we go at any point I'm not totally ruling out street and tuner and I may do a career at some stage where I focus moer on those disciplines rather than my favourite ones. All I know is that for my first career I'm focusing moer on the track based ones and doing no more than the odd season in the other 2 I personally think Street will be quite fun and I like doing Time Attacks with friends so there's something in Tuner for that, but on a whole I just prefer proper racing. Each to their own though; I'm going to give them all a go eventually but I know for a fact that -everyone- I know will be doing Touring Cars and Open Wheel. Popularity =P yeah so do I. I was mostly thinking of doing it this way to add a little bit more replayability and give me a reason to come back to the game later at some point as I can see myself wanting to do more than one career here anyway given how much it looks like the game has got in it. -
I think Italy will beat Costa Rica so I doubt they'll go out to try to beat Uruguay and therefore that game will end in a draw. Italy are well known for only doing what they need to in football nothing more nothing less
-
Hate to say it but I think it will too Nah, it's over. And you can quote me on that. Think I just did :p But only because I agree but then our chances were never great to begin with that's why I didn't expect us to get too far

same here I tend to only win Monaco on the F1 games if I'm on pole which happened 3 times on my last F1 2012 career. Having said that I'm pretty good around Singapore and Valencia though. But like you generally I struggle on street circuits -
wasn't the case for me as I actually like Rooney in general but didn't matter in the end as I think we're pretty much as good as out now. Because we need Italy to beat both teams and while I think Italy will beat Costa Rica I suspect that the Italy - Uruguay game will end in a draw.
