I have it it is good although you will need to download the patches to correct names and such though uses the same engine as they use for the new Metal gear solid games I believe

don't think I got Old man Winter I do have Devil's Kiss though Think I've mistaken Old Man Winter for one of the others :p Best just to stick with Devils Kiss then and use both the traps and normal version of it :) Best used when there's a group of them together heh. yeah the bucking bronco power is useful for large groups but you still have to kill them as that just throws them into the air and is only good when the group is close together

Just reinstalled FM on my pc now and set up my career running with the following leagues Brazil England France Germany Italy Spain and the USA Starting with Dover in the Blue square south division bet he's wondering how you managed to do it with his former team :p
-
who knows maybe you'll win :D
-
Take it how often do you get to manage your country? :D

Having Diego Costa will definetely help
-
wellk you're leading by 7 points so that's good was good to see Spurs doing well in your last season finishing 4th need to reinstall my game on my new system though before I can start mine as I don't have one on the go at the moment.
-
hot where you are I take it :p
-
If it's any consolation so do I
-
I don't think I've ever managed in Holland I've had a couple of spells in Italy and Brazil I think I won the regional league in Brazil but not the national one. Can't really remember winning in Italy most of my successes have been either in the lower leagues in England or the German Bundesliga

I gave up after 10 go's and Youtube'd the ending lol tempting but the game in general isn't that hard it's about finding the right tactics that work because the coer can take a fair amount of punishment just need to keep the enemies occupied long enough to finish them off kind of reminds me of another level in Star Trek Elite force 2 when you're in Engineering on the Enterprise protecting the warp core from a similar type of attack I eventually managed to crack that one so I'm sure I can do so with this. it's just a case of being persistant and keep trying
-
seems to me you make a better coach than a player 123 at least not bad leading the league by 6 points of course with only 19 games gone you still have a long way to go though but it's a good start
-
yeah I noticed that you have to protect that and I generally just stand by it or in front when fighting them that's why I was thinking use the possession vigor on those that are attacking it to get them to attack their comrades and just keep spamming them with my weapons and hopefully I'll get the upper hand. Sounds familiar :p I remember managing Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga for about 5 seasons and winning the league at least 4 times with them on one of the early Championship manager games think I had Jurgen Klinsmann as my assistant found him very helpful in getting things to work the way I wanted. Think I won a Champions League during that time too if I remember rightly. The german league is a relatively easy leagure to manage in though I've found

I know it will it's just not your top priority right now which is more or less what I said

so am I that's one of the reasons why I installed the shift games for practicing for Autosport yeah I agree with you on that as there are days when I wish I'd given F1 2013 a miss. I, still enjoy it despite the difficulties I have with it. I just hope 2014 proves to be a better product makes me glad I only bought it on download though Have put about 2 hours into F1 2013. The FFB on my G27 for the Ps3 is horrible. F1 2012 on the other hand is their best game in the series to date. As for yearly releases , I agree with Herby. That's what I'm doing with most of them , barring those I really enjoy. that's why with yearly releases I've started going with downloads now it saves shelf space for one and if I find I don't enjoy it as much as the predecessors I can just leave it off my system. I mostly bought 2013 because I was interested in the classic cars given both my favourite drivers cars were in the collection ( Mansell's and Hill's) and wanted a chance to drive them if it hadn't been for the classics I probably would have left it sand stuck with 2012. I just didn't like mostly the fact they beefed up the bottom levels without giving any thought to the assists really. they should have beefed up the assists or alternatively put a new beginner level in under Amateur where the Amateur setting was really to keep things level if they wanted to beef the other levels up that's why I usually change my tactics depending on whom I'm playing keep them guessing normally I start in a lower league and build my reputation up before taking one of the big jobs. It works for me and I find moer often than not I still walk away with at least 1 achievement most seasons either promotion/trophy not saying this works all the time but I do generally win more often than I lose when using this approach Just play Skyrim again, pretty much the same thing Skyrim is better than GOT lol. good job I already have Skyrim then :p I spent about 15 - 20 hours playing the game on the 360 untill my save got corrupted haven't picked it up since :( haven't got arounfd to playing it properly yet myself but I've not had it that long but I will eventually get around to it but I've got a few things on the go at the moment I'm finishing off Bioshock Infinite as I'm on the last fight where you have to protect your ship from the Vox Populi. It's a tough fight haven't cracked it yet but I do have an idea that might help me control the numbers a bit better. I'm also going through F1 2012 and NFS Shift games career modes as well been working on those today Get Songbird to attack the big airships while you kill anybody who comes aboard. If there's no airships around, big or little, then get him to attack the deck closest to the enemies who are giving you trouble.Did it on my second try using that tactic. Yeah I read that's the way to do it the main problem I'm having is Songbirds recharge time because every time you use him you have to wait for him to recharge before you can use him again, and in that mean time you get pummeled and your ship gets smashed I was thinking of throwing the Possession vigor at some of them and get them to turn against each other thereby directing their fire away from me to try to help don't know if it'll work but it might help keep them at bay until Songbird is ready to strike again. Been an interesting game though I'm sure I'll find a tactic that works for me as the game for the most part has been easier than I thought fun and enjoyable though it's just the last fire fight that's got me scratching my head

maybe it's labelled sa something else then as I definitely remember it

Yeah I agree I doubt we will see too many ovals if we see any because Indycars aer in there then Indianapolis could well be as I would maybe think COTA could be as well but we do know we do have the San Fransisco track from Grid 1 back as well Either or both is possible but of the 2 I suspect Fuji would be the more likely to get the nod given it has been in CM games before as I think it was in the previous Race driver games Amazed they haven't raced the indycar at COTA yet. Must be a hosting or scheduling issue as with the closeness of the field I think you'd get some epic moves and racing. I digress, apart from Indy I can't really see another oval actually being included. are there any we maybe missed?? Rockingham??? Rockingham was in race driver 1 I remember that as they had both the oval and road course in that game but it was a relatively new trsack then not sure whether it's erally popular enough to really include it in a modern day racer though but I could be wrong I don't see any other ovals either beiong put in given there are 22 venues to go in I think they said I wo0uld imagine they'd split it down the middle 11 street trscks and 11 race tracks. it's just a question of what tracks not too suer what you meant by Yas marina (or Abu Dhabi as I call it) not being reversed in Grid 2 as I remember having to drive it backwards or in reverse as you say and finding it tough going on the game so I think you'll find it was in there as I think driving it backwards was one of the last challenges you had to do in career mode if I recall at least in single player

+ 1 Muckymu . . . sorry, man, but your format is too dated, it's the style of dated forums . . . I've moved on. Making it "them and us" and continually being on the attack for no reason isn't me, and if you think it is you missed the point of my posts. It has always been about responding in a relevant way to how we get treated, and for years we have been treated like shit, so I replied accordingly. Now, there is contrition and humility in the equation when CM finally have a revelation and understand better the situation. If a guy says sorry why would we then want to continue in the old way, makes no sense . . .unless we like to wallow in bringing misery to the table all the time. . .and being pigheaded gets us nowhere so maybe we aren't the deaf ones here. Thing is, let's say this game delivers and online brings just the kind of experience we are happy with . . . my money says you will have the game in the blink of an eye . . . bit like Assie, and his "negative" stance on buying it, lol . . . :-?? Looks like another point to the captain :D

Apparently PC is getting a DLC on launch with high detail textures, I'll assume they aren't cockpit related but it would be nice... I think @loore said they had something to do with reflections or something on the textures can't be 100% certain though maybe @justbiglee could shed some light on the subject if he's around but can't be too sure Sorry fella I don't know much more that that. Either me or @loore will get back to you on it tomorrow.ioth thanks for that I was just really mentioning what I think I remember reading from one of @Loore's posts I don't really know anything about the details although owning the PC version when it's out I will be curious about that download :D

I don't think F1 2014 is their top priority at this moment in time Grid Autosport is but once Autosport has been released then I think will come details on the next F1 game but until then I think we just have to wait they've already said they can't talk about F1 2014 yet and I suspect that this is the reason why.

I'd say that the positive ones here are going on a gut feeling about this game, interesting, could we all be wrong ? For the first time in many years Purple is even being somewhat positive about it, could that be an indicator ? After the debacle of Grid 2 I think that maybe we are of the mind that, well, it couldn't be worse than that ? I think most of the questionable stuff is mostly multiplayer this time as I think from what I've seen and heard that the positivity is mostly coming out of the single player camp which is great for those of us who spend most of our time in the offline career mode of the game. I think though some people still do have question arks over the multi player part. As I don't make use of multiplayer features this doesn't bother me but the single player stuff does and to me at least from @Loore and @justbiglee's standpoint they've made the right noises that I wanted to hear in order to convince me to get the game I know it's their job to promote the companies work. But for me they've made the right convincing noises that makes me want to buy the product they're selling Used Car salesmen, double glazing salesmen, etc., have a lot to answer for . . . Aren't we all a bit defensive when it comes to passing over money for a product ? I mean, no-one likes feeling the fool for being ripped off. There are sales people who do care that we get a good product and those who couldn't give a damn just as long as they get the money. We have certainly attacked CM with being the latter . . So now it becomes a personal decision, do we believe and trust Loore ? For my part I say Loore has put his whole credibility firmly on the line, he comes across as a guy who believes in the product, which is as good as it can get, and good enough for me. Say it fails ! . .so what, how many times have we tried and failed to achieve something ? something we gave our all to, can't knock a guy for that . . .and don't forget, Loore is just a guy, he's not his job, that is what he does, let's not confuse the two. I agree and this is a question we have to ask ourselves in that do we trust them enough not to make the same mistake twice? Generally I have to say in my opinion I do because CM have in general have made more games that I do enjoy playing than games that I haven't and I've owned and played many over the years (and this is always going to work in their favour) which to me indicates that generally they care about their products. They know mistakes were made last year with Grid 2 and F1 2013 I would put in that category too it was all in all a bad and unlucky year for CM but it sounds to me that they're now obviously very keen to try and put that right with Autosport. I think they will they're just too smart to slip up again especially as prior to 2013 all their games have been pretty high quality. They said that they've listened and judging by Autosport's features that they've released it certainly appears to me that they have. The only unfortunate thing here is until we have the game in our hands we can't know for certain but for now like you I believe them.

tbh that really is the only thing they have in common though
