Got a new PC myself now anhd it's handling beautifully. Has an Intel i7 9700kf CPU and an RTX2070 GPU Same RAM as befoer in 32GB though I do have 2 SSD's as it came with a 250 GB SSD which Windows 10 is installed on and I had a1tb SSD added so I had a littl emore spac efor my games. I still have a 4TB HDD as I still need space for my various files and older games but I chose to get a bigger SSD as I was getting to the point wher I was having t ouninstall and reinstall moer than I really wanted too. I 've not tried anythin gdemandin gon it yet as I'v ebeen busy trying to get it all installed first but it's definitely handling the ME trilogy well it looks better than ever on the new system. After I'm finished my latest run of ME3 I certainly intend to put i tthrough it's paces with more demanding games to see what it's truly capable of.

For me F1 2013

Unfortunately I'm no tsuer they can as they don't know themselves atm. This is a development that needs to be monitored before any decisions can be made. Right now all we can do is hope for the best. It's up to the FIA and everything but I agree because unlike when Bahrain got called off in 2011 it was only because of trouble in that region. Whereas the Coronavirus Is affecting the entire world. It may have started In China but I don't think anyone specifically is to blame (though I wouldn't be surprised if Isis or AlQaeda or whatever tried to claim credit for it.) so I would say let the game have all the races that were scheduled to happen regardless

Do you listen to music when you play DiRT?
sjsharp2010 replied to FrederickBraun's topic in Off-topic Discussion
Yea hI don't reall listen not oa lot o music I listen to some female artists now and then but that's as much as I tend to go. -
Personally I doubt it'll be in the game but there's always a chance that CM can spring a surprise.
-
That depends on whether CMK feel the need to do that.
-
I doubt that because of the backwards compatibility it should help give Codies more time to adapt if they need it. I don't think they'll be making the 2015 mistake again as I think the thing that held them back was the fact that PS4 and XB1 weren't backwards compatible at the time whereas the new systems will be so they can already just keep continuing to build on what they already have. Or at least they should be able to do.
-
I don't expect 2020 to come out on he PS5/Xbox current gen yes not next gen having said that though I believe both consoles will have backwards compatibility as you rightly said according to what I've heard with current gen so the PS4/XB1 copy should work on the new consoles and may perform better on them. Whether you can play PS3 and earlier gens is still debateable so whilst I believe Microsoft have confirmed that both 360 and original Xbox as well as XB1 will work on the new one as far as I know Sony have only confirmed PS4 compatibility not the earlier gens as yet.

It's great fun actually I've finished the story though there are a few cars I haven't unlocked yet that I want to try. But I can see myself doing a few runs of it trying to beat the story again with different cars and things. In many ways it kind of reminds me of NFS Carbon in terms of the different race types and the need to dodge the cops and al that just with better graphics. My only criticism is that he police can seem a little overpowered especially if you get the heat level right up. Must admit I really like the avatar customisation as well in the game It adds a nice touch.

I believe they aer planning t omake the PS5 compatible with PS4 games but I'm not sure so don't quote me on that I know the new Xbox is supposedly going to be fully compatible though with all Xbox games from what I've heard. I doubt the PS 5is going to be made compatible with the PS3 and earlier system's games though

Anyone go tan ynwe games for Christmas I got NFS Heat and Sonic Mania haven't had a chance to play them yet but I am downloading Heat now.
-
TBH the only game I have my eye on is the Avengers game but other than that nothings looking that interstin t ome but that's the only thing on my radar atm. There may be other things later but that's the only game that has my attention right now. Other than tha tI think it'll lb ea quiet year much like this year was because aside from the RE2 remake Jedi fallen Order and Control I've not really bought any new games in 2019
-
Looks like the response a character I'm playing now would give.
-
Been enjoying Jedi Fallen Order so fa really like the lightsaber combat. Looks like Respawn really struck gold with this game too.
-
Yeah I don't visit this place as much as I used to. I still visit the Bioware forums quiet a bit but that's about it these days. The Bioware forums are always pretty active so that's never been a problem.. I still play lots of games though. In fact trying to get around to fimnaslly playing the nw eJedi fallen order game soon. I'm hoping to get around to trying the new RE2 remake as well as I bought I back when it came out in January but haven't got round to playing it asme with Shadow of the |TR's DLC's tbh. Though I've ordered a couple of Need for Speed games as I bought both the Most Wanted games and I've ordered the new Heat one as well. Also Sonic Mania too though Heat and Sonic are mostly Christmas presents

Interesting move from Spurs ditching Poch to go with Mourinho. Not sure how I feel about that atm because while we have struggled a bit this season so maybe Poch's time was done. I'm not sure Mourinho's quite the type of character we need. I know he likes Spurs and the way we play so I have no issues there but whether he can get us winning a trophy after the last couple of jobs he's had I'm not so sure. I guess all we can do is give him time though.
-
Yeah I'll likely only check it out once it's on sale as I only play the single player and given it doesn't take that long to play the campaign it's not really worth full price. Besides I've got my eye on the Star Wars Jedi game coming out. So I'm busy looking forward to that atm.
-
Yeah it does look quit good graphically s oI ma ypick it up later when it comes down in price. Not right now though as I've just had a whopping £150 bill for a new power pack for my PC as my old one died. Plus the new Jedi game coming out soon as well so somethings going to have to give.
-
From my point of view it's kind o fsimilar but I don' tactually play online just single player. But from an offline single player point of view it is very similar.

Indeed whilst I wouldn't say the games bad as I think some of the graphics in particular the night lighting and things like that is some of the best I've ever seen in the F1 games as it now looks like the floodlights around the track in places like Abu Dhabi and Bahrain look like they genuinely are lighting the track up a lot like the stadium lights do in the Fifa games whereas whilst the night lighting before whilst looked OK it felt more like it was coming from an invisible source. There are definitely areas that need improvement though the AI being the most obvious one as I still feel they need to get the AI to around the same area difficulty wise of the previous games 2017 and 18. Because for me 2019 is definitely lagging behind those 2. Id it wasn't for the driver transfers to help spice things up based on what I've experienced of 2019 I'm not sure I'd be touching it much at all given outside of that and the improved graphics it's pretty much identical. Especially as I've not been playing the F1 games much these days. I have to admit I can't see myself being hyped for 20 given it was only the driver transfer admission that in the end convinced me to get 19 because before that I was on the fence and almost said no to this years game
-
No but COD isn't really my cup of tea these days.
-
Must admit the new Marvel's Avengers game looks good,.
-
Yeah I have to admit from a gaming perspective I think I prefer 17 and 18 over what I've experienced in 19 but I think if they had kept the AI levels from 17 and 18 in 19 I think the game would have turned out better. At least from my point of view

Disappointed at F1 2020's release date

Perhaps but I think the games as a whole I think ran a lot smoother at least in my experience they did. -

I don't kno wabout thast as I don't think the earlier games had too many I thought F1 2010-2012 were al pretty clean I think but then all of those were released September time around the same time as Fifa. So I think more time definitely helps lead towards a better product but you have to be patient and wait for it. They started moving towards releasing the games earlier in the season around I believe 2015 when they finally moved to the newer consoles and since then it's been effectively one problem after another. TBH the closest at least for me they've came to making a solid game is really F1 2017 although 18 isn't too bad as I think the interviews and rule changes were nice additions as are the driver changes they've given us this year. For me the reason why the driver system is a bit skewed I think is because of the games contract system because there are so many potential windows you can move in. The ideas are there but they've just been poorly executed because I believe they've not really had the time to tweak them and get them right.
