  1. autosport is released next month so old gen is a reasonable choice from CM. F1 will come out in october (probably September) no it has to be next gen otherwise they will suffer in sales.
exactly my thoughts that's why CM are really focusing all their efforts on getting Autosport out the door once that's why they're not prepared to discuss F1 2014 right now this is just one last hurrah for the last gen because the newer consoles would have been out about a year by then more people should have access to them and it'll be more worth while releasing games for them and F1 2014 will be the first venture by CM for next gen. Studios like EA can afford to pick up the slack because they have the extra resources I don't think CM does so they have to pick and choose their moment to strike. I believe that moment is coming soon but we do I think have to be patient just that little bit longer so that they can get Autosport done and out

@Loore, From what you have said, I understand a little better, there are many many chefs to prepare this meal.

It would be good if you work out the time it would take to add everything into the game, that people expect from a racing game.
Then when you make your next game, maybe it could take you a couple of months longer to make.

I realise if it takes longer then it costs you more money, But if the game was perfect, on Day 1 release, I think you would find you'd make more money.  People would be impressed with it....tell their friends etc.

Im sure Autosport is goin to be a massive improvement over GRID 2.

    But its not perfect.

And to top it all off.......FLASHBACKS are in.

I would like to know what sort of racing experience has flashbacks.  I believe one of your team is on video saying that CM dont want to be sim, but they want us to feel like we are in a racing car, in a race.

Great.....REMOVE FLASHBACKS and that could well be the case.

You cant have the feeling of immersion if at any point you have the magical abilty to correct a spin/crash.

You know you don't have to use them if you don't want, right?

yeah I keep telling him that too if you don't want flashbacks turn them off there is an option for doing so. I'll have them turned on personally but set to limited as I don't want to become too over reliant on them

RTanoskills is actually talking about online flashbacks being set to On in the Public Playlists.
    I know that

I never understood how EA lost the license for the Champions League, they have the money for it compared to Konami.

But then again, they used to bring a seperate Champions League game out alongside Fifa. So Screw you again EA!
Probably find its some "fairness" thing to stop Fifa completely taking everything from Konami...

If they had an option to change the tournament name and logo then it would be fine....Thats how PES gets around without having licenses....
that's how Fifa does it too the Europa League is just simply called Euro league and Champions league is called Champions cup it's still more or less the same format
Nah, I mean like in pes you can rename the leagues to the proper name and import the correct logo. Can't do that on Fifa so your stuck with the fake trophy names and logos

yeah as I got a download patch from Pesedit .com on my 2012 version which corrects all the badges and team names even all proper kits were added too looks really professional and works really well too. been trying too get the download for 2014 but they've put thenm on a site   which is a bit of a pain as the website is a bit iffy to download from tbh on that one I've just given up but I managed to download 1 part just need the other 4

    http://www.pesedit.com/

that's the site I use I just went to their forums and downloaded exactly what I needed  and all you've got to do once you've downloaded them is once you've installed pes install the patch just as if you're installing a standard program works best if you work off a clean install though as otherwise you have to delete certain files that is on the PC versions anyway

Bought FM13 for £2.30 and I started a career with Fleetwood. Still finding my way around. Is a 4-2-3-1, short passing attack mentality a good or bad Idea? Never played FM in my life before now, works In FIFA though.

it's entirely up to you to decide how to manage but you can get help and advice from your assistant  and other staff and ask what they think given they know the club and personnel I've not played 2013 as I don't have that one but on 2010 that's how I generally do it and try to come up with an appropriate strategy don't always succeed though

Just lost to the league leaders and the bottom club in the division sitting in 6th with 15 points after 9 games not too bad but I'd have liked have beaten Thurrock and claimed an extra win as they weer the bottom club and kept their losing streak going.

I'm guessing EA didn't care too much about it but EA does have a tendency of making bad decisions

    England to win.

    You heard it here!
As much as I'd love to see England win and of course I will be supporting them I don't think we will if we ar lucky we might make it out the group stage but we will need luck and plenty of it given the group we have I think that's as good as it'll get though

That's been in every Fifa though, nothing new from EA.
Can't remember that last time i played it online, because of scripting. I just stick to playing Onetwothree now, easy points.
the option to play internationals and be an international manager in career mode hasn't though that's only been added recently in Fifa 13 I believe in world cups or European championships as I'm currently managing England on Fifa 13 at the moment

Fifa 14 is amazing, the game play was a huge improvement over 13.
Not just a pace abusing game now, and career mode has improved a lot over the last couple of years!
yeah it has especially with the addition of internationals in the game

  10. just added 2 central Attacking midfielders to my squad needed a couple of Gerrard/Lampard type players and given one's already scored his first goal it looks like they're up for the task. we look in much better shape now in terms of flexibility. Just need yto get my team to perform consistently now

  11. Too many injuries for me, unless the players can recover and manage to get a few games in before the start of the WC. Plus Klose is leading the line for them and he's past his best. Not seen much of Volland.

I guess if they are struggling for strikers Reus, Podolski or Schurrle could go up top? Think they can play as strikers?
I know Podolski can as he's impressed a lot in world cups up alongside Klose but if I remember rightly though the same was said in both 1990 and in 1996 and Germany won those tournaments. As I said above though I don't think they will win but you can never write Germany off  because anybody who does will most likely pay the price
