I know he did and I didn't forget that becsause I think that title should have been Hill's (I remember backing Hill at the time as he was my favourite driver then) but then I've come to accept these days that it wasn't. Personally I'd have disquallified Schumi from the title for that but what's done is doneRevolvingPrawn said:Well don't forget that Schumi only won it because he rammed Hill in desperation:pThat WDC was Hill's after Schumi went off circuit and broke his car. I can't say it for sure, but had it been Senna instead of Hill, I don't think Michael would have done that to him.

it is it's a Bioshock infinite DLC thinking of getting this myself once I've got through the main gamecouger1981 said:

whilst I agree it's nice to have some surprises I think it's a good idea to tell us a little bit about everything as it helps people decide whether they want he game or not. I've already made my decision as I've already pre-ordered as I've already heard everything I needed to convince me, but others are still on the fenceOscar97 said:BTW, it's nice to have in-depth looks at the game's disciplines, but I'd like to not know all the cars while the game isn't even out and I think I'm not the only one, so I think you shouldn't put a full list on the next discipline focus.

wasn't aware that it was a 2 year deal but the Benetton were a pretty strong outfit at that time I would have found it hard to believe Schumi wouldn't have won one of those duels anyway as that's when he was beginning to hit his stride. I do think that given that Hill ran Schumi close for the title that year and missed out by just 1 point indicates to me that Senna might have been able to catch upRevolvingPrawn said:
I can't agree on that :p Senna had a 2 year contract with Williams.sjsharp2010 said:
Agreed Mansell himself was past 40 when he won the 1992 championship and at times on his comeback Schumacher did show a little bit of the old fire within him he just didn't quite have the car to take full advantage. I think Senna could have eventually gotten to grips with Schumi in 94 had his accident not happened but I suspect that given the way F1 was moving on I suspect 94 would have been his lastRevolvingPrawn said:Gerhard Berger set pole, fastest lap and took the win at the 1997 German Grand Prix at the age of 37. So honestly I don't think age would have stopped him winning more championships :p

I think he would have had a chance at taking the 1994 title had he not had his accident but I think whether he did or didn't he'd have put himself in the fight somehow as that's the kind of driver he was in many ways he's a lot like whart Schumacher was during his time at the top really at least that's how it seemed to me but I don't think he'd have done any more than 1 maybe 2 more seasons at most as he was close to retirement age when he diedAMS97KRR said:I don't think Senna would have won because in 1994 he was already 2 race wins behind in an inferior car, I'd say he wouldn't have won, but who knows? In 1995, Schumacher would have still won IMO, his car was better. By this stage, Senna is what, 36? IF he was still in F1 by this stage, he would probably be at Ferrari for 1996 as he wanted to end his career there and he clearly would not have won then. In 1997 he would be 37/38 and who knows if he would have been any good at that age?I just don't think, given his age and his car, he would have won another one.And going by what you said, why is Senna considered better then? Prost should have had 5 titles, and Senna just 2 judging by that.

based on what I've read and heard from @Loore and the other CM personnel I'd say most of this stuff is in the game we don't know about the txt chat but the rest of it I think is and as for the no flashbacks there are options to turn them off and I'm sure Lobbies where they will be turned off -
Agreed with some games I feel that tooRubyRuby said:I agree with 30K on motion blur. In GRID I turned off motion blur after playing years with it on. The artificial blur is gone, but when I'm in a close race with several hazards in the vicinity and driving as fast as I dare, I get a self-generated blur effect and sometimes a degree of tunnel vision. And I quite commonly in a close race find myself bobbing and weaving and leaning in my chair - and I don't use FFB at all. I think these things probably vary quite a bit between individuals, but for me the game's motion blur detracts from the immersion rather than adding to it. The best thing for motion blur is to have it on an on/off toggle. To each his own.

I think you're spot on actually it sounds like CM atr throwing everything they've got into this game because they want to send the PS3/360 gen off on a high as it's the last game they plan on doing for this gen before focusing their efforts on delivering a good product (we hope) on the next gen. I didn't get any of the DLC for G2 so can't comment on it as I only play single player and I don't think there were really any single player add ons at least none that interested me. I just hope that the single player experience is as extensive as it sounds as I found Grid 2's quite shortscottishwildcat said:Could be wrong, but reading between the lines, I get the impression there just won’t be any DLC this time—they’re giving us all they’ve got up front. Which is good for us and makes sense for them, I’m sure they’d much rather be moving on to next-gen just as soon as they can get this out the door.

wouldn't be surprised to see the Red Bull ring and maybe Nurburgring on there either but we'll have to wait and seeP308R said:My prediction for the comming tracks:* Zolder (GT, Euro V8)* Donington (EuroV8, BTCC, GT)* Interlagos (SCB)* Adelaide (V8 Supercars)* Curitiba (WTCC / SCB)* Algarve Portimao (GT, Euro V8, F3)* Zandvoort (GT, DTM, F3)* Silverstone (GT, BTCC, F3)* Paul Ricard (GT, WTCC)

Spa is certainly possible given it's used for touring car/ Endurance racing too as well as F1. I doubt Monaco will be on AS though given it's only used really on that one weekend for F1 mostly. I know it hosts other races during that weekend but they only close it off for that weekendflowaangelz said:Bathurst is, too.
Now i wait for Monaco & Spa :)

I think the games are moved to a neutral venue normally in cases like that. But that's only if they can't secure the ground and the transport areas around it. I think that's standard procedure anyway. Let's just hope things die down by thenonetwothree said:Going off the World Cup for a moment. they are already using some of the circuits as we know Hockenheim Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur are in but they do have to be relicensed because they're being used in a separate game if and when they do these things so it's not always that easy. Given Autosport is a mostly circuit based game this time round it seems if I'm to go by what we've heard there may well be 1 or 2 others we don't know about yet. It does sound like Brands Hatch has made the cut too but for a full listing we'll have to wait for CM to deliver that news.Gui1 said:Any news on F1 circuits? Codies should add all 19 circuits from F1 2013 plus 10-20 real life non-F1 circuits to the game.F1 2013 is made on the same game engine. They just need to copypaste everything, except obviously the F1 cars.Braking uphill on Austin with BTCC would be awesome, F3 on Monaco would be awesome, Eau Rouge with Tourings would be a awesome.

not all teams play with that level of discipline thoughjordieDAFC said:
No, not really. All your doing is telling the players to stand off the opponents and keep the space between the defence and midfield tight and sit deep. By doing that there is no space behind the midfield, thus they have no options going forward which results in them passing it sideways and having to force it forward which opens up the chance for mistakes and the other team to get the ball.sjsharp2010 said:
maybe but it's one thing knowing it but it's a completely different thing doing it though and the style they play may well give them an advantage as the other teams try to play catch upjordieDAFC said:

AMS97KRR said:I think the climate will be too much for Europeans to handle. That's the only reason I chose Argentina.depends on the style of play though teams that are quite good defensively like Italy for example will probably cope better in those kinds of conditions than a team that runs a lot like England that's why I think we struggle more in these competitions. Our style of play generally doesn't work well in hot weather. Spain again in recent years do play keepball well which again I think will help them out there but we will see in due course
