yeah I'm sure it is. I think we need rid of them permanently as I think everyone's tired of seeing them here. Maybe we need to set up a rule where like new member have to post 5 times somewhere in the forum or something before they can set up a topic or something. TBH I think it's the only way we're going to get rid of this mess.Hughesy said:

I'm not a mod like you so can't do that. If I was one then I would.

Half way through Episode 3 now on Life is Strange definitely is a weird game but fun. Chloe is a crafty sort though. Max the PC is kind of sweet though. Interesting getting to play with the rewind power.
Edit: that's one hell of a cliff hanger to Episode 3 I have to say. Still got to do Episodes 4 & 5 though

yeah the spambots are out in force today been pretty quiet around here lately too with regards spam but the last 2 or 3 days they've been hitting us hard again. -
Started playing Life is Strange today still in the first episode but it's quite an interesting game. Quite complex considering it's not an expensive triple A type game.
Edit: Just completed Episode 1 intriguing story so far.

I agree he doesn't even need to win another race tbh. If he does it's a bonus but he doesn't need too to get the title it's his effectively already he could probablty even afford to not even need to get another podium as long as he gets a couple of points finishes. It's all about really keeping Mercedes at the head of the field now going into next season. -
Yeah I was offered something similar once before I worked for Kent County Council but I turned it down as teaching never really appealed to me. I prefer work where I'm given a task and being left alone to get on with it.RevolvingPrawn said:
All I've thought about so far, is that there's no way I'll be looking for another job teaching old people technology lol. As much as I do enjoy my job, it can be mind numbing having to shout the same thing at old people with hearing aids weekly :pHughesy said:
That's awful bud, still as you told me when I cut down my hours, more time to play games. Obviously not a permanent solution, hopefully you find something else as I know you enjoy that job :(RevolvingPrawn said:Just been told I'm 90% likely to lose my job come the end of March, and the company I work for looks set to close down completely.
Massively sucks, I actually like the job I do! Not likely to find anything similar in the local area.

From the preview videos I've seen of the new/upcoming Need for Speed game, the visuals, audio, & atmosphere look spectacular... But I've never enjoyed "street racing / car culture" games much. I lean more towards motorsport-oriented racing games on real-world circuits. Need for Speed looks heavily focused on drifting, gymkhana, stunts, style, police chases, traffic-dodging, destruction, etc. and light on conventional racing. I still may consider picking it up for fun at some point later if I see a good sale/discount.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y32dfdsznFcyeah that's why I don't normally buy them in fact I only have 4 NFS games and 2 of them are the Shift games. The other 2 are Carbon and the run. The Run has some really nice scenery but being on the Frostbite engine that's not much of a surprise given Frostbite does seem to do scenery well probably better than most other engines.

Indeed but then online I don't think has ever been one of CM's strengths anyway. It's obviously an area that needs work on but seeing as I don't use it it's not a problem for me. When it comes to good single player modes they nail it but online I think has always been a bit of a struggle for them. -
neither did I. I wouldn't worry about it though. But I think it shows that CM need a plan of action and stick to it because it's starting to get ridiculous and it'll only hurt their reputation even more in the long run if they keep it up and their 20-30 years of making good quality games will come to an end. I don't want that to happen but we know they have been struggling of late so it does need straightening out and fast because it will if it isn't. Especially given there's swtill complaints about 2015 on the forums. I don't have any more complaints as the patches have fixed the issues I've had with it. Other than the occasional graphical glitch everything is running pretty smoothly on the game now.MBKF1 said:That's quite awkward that I wasn't aware she was a community manager in the first place.

Lukedfrt said:The racing on F1 2015 is awesome, i think it's the best game they've made in the series.
If they add in career mode and some more detail outside of the racing like they had on 2010 then next years should be amazing.
Yeah I've done 1 season of each set and I agree it is a pretty solid game It didn't start out that way but definitely since CM have brought out the patches and really started working on it it's slowly became the kind of game that I'd say it needs to be and should have been at launch. Hopefully assuming they choose to bring back career mode and slowly add back in what was missing from this years game the series and hopefully C|M's reputation can recover. It won't be easy though. -
CM certainly aer going through their community managers quickly. I think what CM needs most right now is stability get somebody in to do the job and stick with it. -
Lukedfrt said:I don't think i've ever had more than 3 on here! How on earth do you have over 100 lol
I've never had more than 2/3 on here either. But then Ionly tend to get them only when I've been promoted or somebody's posted in a thread that I've set up -
Lookin gforward to this just about to detach Arl Howe's head from his spinal column I hope he deserves qafter what he did to my characters family. -
Indeed why can't they just leave singleplayer as single player and just bring these things in for those that like playing multiplayer. If they want to make more moneyout of the singleplayer market then produce swome interesting DLC's like Bioware does when they produced DLC's like Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2 or Trespasser for DAI. Hopefully they don't go as far as what Konami has done with MGS that you reported because it sounds like that these things aer mainly experience booster type things rather than huge changes that will prevent you from playing the SP experience like what Konami did.Hughesy said:And all my excitement for Tomb Raider has gone........

The patch introduced some new tweaks. Getting about 40fps average I'd say, so not so bad considering how awesome it looks.

I've not noticed them with Sera but I've noticed Morrigan does but yeah hopefully they move on and work on this a bit more and use the extra power of the new systems. Because for me this where if anything DAI let itself down most the rest of the package was very solid.Wynterdust said:Yeah they would have been nice to have some more options. I noticed Sera actually has hair physics but they probably could with her since it's just one model compared to the amount of options for the player. They probably could have done it if they didn't make the game for 360 and PS3 as well. So I'd imagine MEA and DA4 will probably look pretty similar to games like the Witcher.
Yeah I quite like that style, one of the three I use! Can't really see on my display pic but the one that's long but tied up I like and then the assymetrical one as well.

Does this not prove how crap England are :joy: Well done though, if only real football mirrored Fifa. We are kinda in a false position as the whole of the first team has been out injured so far, so hopefully it can only get better :#Platy said:Finished my first season. Yeovil finished 3rd, I got League 2 player of the season and called up for the Euro 2016 England squad... Makes sense.
Well at least in these games we can try to help improve them and make them play the way they should. But I do agree we are rubbish atm. -
Yeah I've had a couple of England call ups in fact been calleds up to their latest squad too on my game. but that's on Fifa 15 not 16 as I've not started a career on the new one yet but likely won't be until I finish my 15 one. -
Wynterdust said:Same here, if only mods could be used on consoles too.. That's the the only thing it needs now; a few more CC options. I got the distinct impression the game wanted everyone to play a bald character! I like the long on one side style but settled for shortish in the end. Would like some nice flowing locks though haha
I love comboing a sneak leaping shot with the thousand cuts tempest special especially when equipped with a ring that strengthens both of them. Enemies never know what hit them. :innocent:
Rogues are awesome ::relaxed:yeah I would like a couple of Shoulder length hairstyles as well like what Miranda and Ashley have in ME3 on my character too. With Witcher 3 or Tomb Raider style hair physics I think it would work well. Itend to use this sort of hair most in mine at least when playing female.
Yeah rogues are awesome I love the idea of no locfk can resist my charm kind of feeling I got from playing my rogues especially after getting the deft hands fine tools perk nothing could resist me. I think they cfan do it as the wind effect on the long coats and buttflap armours work well they just need to upgrade it a bit more to include hair. I do get the feeling though with the extra memory of the new systems they should be able to do it now. It's just a question of how and where will the resources be spent. Aside from the CC the rest of DAI was definitrely a good solid product so I don't doubt that MEA won't be either but for me the CC needs improving to match the rest of the games quality if it's to be successful. -

Dual wields definitely better in the first and second one. Found that archer is a bit better in Inq though especially when mixed with tempest. Yeah the standard styles they've got in all of them really aren't very nice, only really one or two from all of them that I like. They don't make it easy to look nice haha Some of these mods are the reason I might buy them all again when I get a better desktop. Can get a nice look in Inq but it's a struggle in the first two being on console.sjsharp2010 said:Wynterdust said:yeah both the rogtues I've played in 2 and DAI have both been dual wielders. Was thinking when I do a female rogue or mage next on Origins give it a rather slightly more weirder look by giving them one of the moer weirder hairstyles that you wouldn't normally expect to see on a fighter because there's a few hairstyles on the mod I've got thast you wouldn't expect to see on a fighting character but that'll be when I play a female one as I think it'll suit a female playthrough moer than a male one. They look like nice hairstyles to me but I just wouldn't expect to see them on someone who's about to go into combat.

These are the ones I've got. There's a couple more there in the mod I found that aren't in the pictures but it certainly I think will lead to helping me create some interesting looking characters and that's kind of what I'll probably aim for on my next rogue or mage I create on Origins
Yeah I can see why they've gone with Andromeda though as it'll allow them to leave the mess of an ending they had for ME3 without screwing things up even more than they have. I'm excited moer because Battlefield looks awesome on this engine and with MEA being a fellow shooter type RPG I think it'll work wonders for ME probably better than it does for DA if I'm honest. Although to be fair it's worked well for Inquisition as well. If it hadn't been for the last gen holding it back though I think it would have been a lot better. Thankfully Andromeda won't have that headache as it's being built for the new systems only so hopefully that'll lead to a higher quality game all round.
Yeah that was what held it back really. After seeing how the Witcher looks you can definitely tell the difference having to accommodate for last gen. Just the painful wait for them all now though! :confounded:
yeah I quite like a few of the hairstyle mods for Origins especially those ones which was why I downloaded them. I usually don't bother with mods as I casn't get them to work very often but with the DA modder prorgam this one goes in quite easy. I'd like to see them build on Inquisition by adding some hair physics like the Witcher 3 and maybe some new hairstyles as wel given the selection in DAI was rather weak. Maybe we'll see some improvement in that when Andromeda comes out.Tempest works quite well with dual wielders as well as my DAI rogue used tempest as her specialization or at least the only rogue I've played so far. using the freeze power and than slashing the bad guy with my dual bladed daggers was oddly satisfying not to mention deadly :p .

Would definitely be different for an RPG. They've just got to have a major involvement in the next game, they've set it up for them so a different character won't feel right for that plotline. Oh yeah, they take time announcing them but if they're planned then it's pretty much a given. Yeah most likely, just hope they can live up to the trilogy. Going to be a hard act to follow. Still a bit unsure if I like the idea of a different galaxy to be honest. Will definitely get it since it's BW but I don't know, don't feel as excited as I did for Inq last year. Probably down to not a lot being known about it so far I guess.sjsharp2010 said:Wynterdust said:
It's possible the quizzy could get a prosthetic arm or a magic arm or something I suppose. But certainly fightimng with one arm would be impossible if they didn't I think unless you happen to0 be a mage as you'd still be able to throw a fireball or 2 but as a rogue/warrior it would be impossible I think. I don't think they've got the green light yet for another DA but I have heard on the forums in discussion threads that they've got 2 more planned they just haven't announced them officially yet. But as I said I think Plan A right now is Andromeda and see where they go from there Once Andromeda's out then they'll likely announce the next DA as they seem to be alternating between Mass Effect and Dragon Age atm. Kind of like me atm as I've got playthrough's on the go on both atm as I finished ME1 about 2/3 days ago and now I'm working through Origins Just managed to get the mages on my side and now I'm starting the hunt for the Urn of Sacred ashes to cure Arl Eamon.Yeah I actually quite enjoy using the keep too as I've been using it's randomise feature to pick what my next warden and Hawke should be in my playthroughs instead of picking the Origins myself. Mostly to help me give the game and story a bit of randomness for when I play it. It's definitely made playing the games more interesting that way. The only game in which I've played all 3 classes so far is DA2. I haven't played a rogue yet in Origins and I'm still missing a warrior Inquisitor. I do intend to do one of each eventually at least it's just a matter of when.
Ha, I'd love to do that questline with companions from the other games, just to see their reactions.
Definitely, it's useful for putting those "Nope I won't make this choice" choices as well! Got a Game of Thrones inspired world state saved on there with choices I found difficult to do. Probably going to do them on my current character though.
Rogue's good in Origins, a lot easier to play than warrior and a bit faster paced than mages. Dual wield is best for it though, archery's a bit rubbish in the first one!yeah both the rogtues I've played in 2 and DAI have both been dual wielders.
