I've just updated my F1 2020 with the 1.09 patch and although it says ratings had been updated, I've seen literally no difference

Does anyone know when there will be any updates regarding cars' performances?? I'm tired of playing with an OP Ferrari and seeing how they fight for podiums when in reality they are even struggling to get in the top 10.
