Problem with one of the new helmets not loading

Me to i have the same problem, i ve unlocked all the helmets and costumized, but when i go to the lobby s i dont have the helmet which i selected, i have the basic helmet in white and grey, all this hapened yesterday after the update 1.12. -
Why I can't use anymore my helmets costumization in the f1 2020 after the last update 1.12? I have to all DLC. Whyyy?? After I paid for coins and DLC??? I descover the problem is just for one of the helmet so, maybe you can do something. Thank you!
