I can confirm I do have the same problems too , delay=1 in the hardware config for the game make my motion simulation 3-4 sec latency now :( I did change for delay=2 but it's not that good interesting fact is F1 2020 work fine it's Dirt rally 2 and Dirt 4 that have this problem thanks
