A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. With the installation 1.13 F1 2020 Patch, my game progress was lost. I was nearly approaching Tier 4 with Podium Pass point of 1. Now, I’m at Tier 1, Podium Pass point of 0, like I had just started playing the game for the first time. Platform XBOX One S What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.13 Game-mode? Solo We need to be able to make your problem happen internally so we can fix the issue. Can you make the problem happen again? No. This occurred upon launching the game after 1.13 had auto installed. I was unaware of the update when I launched the game. A note appeared within the game icon on XBOX One home screen, stating something to the effect that saved data was lost. But I didn’t know what this meant at the time. How do you make the problem happen? I did nothing to make this happen, as it was the condition of the game upon launch. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I would not know how to fix this. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) Thrustmaster TMX wheel with Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears. There are no screenshots.
