Sorry to answer very late! This happened to me in MyTeam and Grand Prix -modes. I tested them in both modes. So when I got +3 secs penalty (for cutting through corners etc.) and there was a driver under 3 secs behind me (he was about 1 sec behind me and had no penalties whatsoever) when we crossed the finish line and we were both lapped by the leader, in the standings I maintained my position ahead of the driver behind me still. @BarryBL, I just bought the game at the end of November so after that the bug has occured to me.

Hi, I was playing My Team career mode. I was lapped by one lap. I got +14 seconds time penalty for corner cutting and not letting the faster car overtake me. The next driver behind me was +2 secs away and the second driver behind me was +4 secs away from me. In the end, when race had ended, this penalty didn't apply. In the standings it was flashing that "+14secs penalty" but I still hadn't dropped behind these two drivers behind me. Is this a known bug or may someone give good explanation why didn't I drop down in the standings? 1. When I wasn't lapped, the time penalty was added normally. If a driver was 2 secs away from me and I had 5 secs penalty, I dropped behind him in the final standings. 2. When I was lapped, the time penalty didn't do anything. Kvyat and Magnussen were both about 2 secs away from me and I had +11 seconds time penalty, in the final standings I stayed STILL in the front of Kvyat and Magnussen. Working as intended?
