Sorry I didn't explain it. I'm playing from pc not xbox. I bought the Xbox game pass on pc but can't play with my friends on steam. So my situation is pc (steam) with pc (game pass)

So I bought the Xbox game pass on pc 'cause there were many games I was interested in. Yesterday I installed F1 2019 but I can't play with my friends who have bought the game on steam. What's more I can't find multiplayers lobby 'cause no one plays F1 from the Xbox Game Pass. Anyone knows a fix to play in steams servers? Like a mod or something like that?
