(PC) Xbox one controller keeps disconnecting when i hit the track Help

Same issue here... thought the crashing/freezing was due to my computer, but it only happens after 3 times of disconnecting my xbox control. Already deactivated vibration/feedback force. Hope there is some patch or config which solves the problem.
