Hey I actually managed to solve this yesterday, but forgot I had left this thread open. The Hello V dashboard I had installed somehow interfered with Dirt rally 2 causing what was described in the OP. If I killed the dashboards process and restarted Dirt rally the game worked as intended.

Hi I am currently having an issue with my rift S and Dirt rally 2.0 on Steam where only the UI is being projected through the left lens. I have tried restarting my machine and reinstalling both the Oculus software and Dirt Rally 2.0 and my GPU drivers but have yet to find a solution to the problem. I have attached an example of the steam spectator view for reference Any help would be appreciated
