  1. Hello,

    I have Fanatec pedals connected to a PC. No matter how hard throttle pedal is pushed a throttle in game is pushed to max. This is nothing like a real car and not like any other sim racing game I've tried. Actual driving problem is that I can't keep throttle at a constant when driving in corners which leads to undesired acceleration, spinning wheels and loss of control.

    Here's the video:

    I'm pushing pedal about 50% and car in game is responding like I'm slowly increasing throttle / pushing pedal to max. The goal would be to push accel pedal so that my revs stay constant.

    Things that I have already tried with no results:
    * Trying different cars;
    * Resetting all configuration in settings;
    * Downgrading device driver version, updating windows;
    * Deleting configuration files (Documents\My Games\DiRT Rally 2.0 and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata directories), disabling steam cloud sync, starting game without any customization;
    * Connecting pedals to wheelbase as well as connecting pedals directly to PC via USB with and without wheelbase;
    * Connecting XBOX 360 controller and trying to accelerate with trigger buttons and thumbsticks- exact same thing, by pushing buttons/stick throttle eventually goes to 100%;
    * Trying to calibrate device in game. My foot on a pedal matches information in device property windows as well as in game's Input Reporting menu (can be seen in video);
    * Trying different throttle deadzone / saturation settings. It just changes where acceleration starts and how fast acceleration is happening;
    * I've tried many games like WRC 9, Assetto Corsa, even Dirt 4 doesn't have this problem;

    I'm trying to figure out whether this is a bug and is there a way to fix it, or is Dirt 2.0 designed this way on purpose and this is just the way it works for everyone.

    thanks,
    Josh
