look at the two recommended posts at the top of the page. basically - if you're getting 500:H, the devs are working on it - just wait for now.

Thanks Mate. I can access the ServerStatus Page with this notification; The other I get an XML Stylesheet I get the error all the time. I've just tried again now under report code HAAA-PKJC-PEKX-MJJE and have the error still (it's been like this every day since I installed it Monday last week). Steam ID : 76561198000105697 I should also mention I used a VPN to dial to another location, in case it was my network in the way, and still had the issue (not the best test I know... but still something) Thanks again.

Hi Barry, Sorry I should have mentioned that I did attempt that. I disabled Windows Firewall altogether and didn't have any luck. I did try and manually add that port to a rule and it didn't make a difference. I also checked I could get outbound to the internet on that same port via this test site Outgoing Port Tester (portquiz.net) Is there any diagnostic logs or anything I can gather perhaps? Perhaps there was a EULA I accidentally declined (is there a way to check that)?

Description: When loading F1 2020 I get a message stating Online Services Error. "Failed to connect to online services. Please try again in a few moments. Error Code: 500:H". This message also pops up periodically when switching screens or game modes. Platform: Windows 10 20H2 (Steam) Version of Game: 1.14 Ranked/Unranked/Leagues : I can play online unranked games no problem. Cannot access Item shop or other online features (outlined in video link below) Wired or Wireless Connection? : Wired The amount of players in your session? : N/A Were you the host? : I can host and join unranked (have not attempted other) sessions with Friends. Did this issue happens for everyone in the session : N/A We need to be able to make your problem happen internally so we can fix the issue. Can you make the problem happen again? : Yes, the problem occurs every time I open the game, or exit from a multiplayer screen back to solo. Entering / exiting career mode also throws this error.
