    F1 2013: Resolution not sticking

Two weeks later, no answer.  Is this the wrong place to get technical support on a game that's broken from Codemasters?
  2. F1 2013 refuses to accept any resolution, and is defaulting to a single screen at what looks like 800x600.  I mean /any/ resolution.  It worked a couple of times at 7964x1440, and then crashed.  Since then, I can select any resolution I want, but the result is always 800x600. I'm running Windows 7 64bit on an AMD 8350, 16GB of RAM, 128GB SSD, with two Nvidia GTX680's configured SLI to 7964x1440 on three 27" Crossover monitors with a Logitech G27.  I'm using the latest Nvidia drivers.  F1 2011 and F1 2012 both work at all resolutions. I've tried editing the config file and it doesn't have any effect.  I've tried rebooting.  Tried vsync on and off, changing resolution, changing all the graphics settings, rebooting, exiting/restarting the game.  Launching from GeForce Experience, and direct.  No joy.  I'm mystified, and the game I bought just a couple of days ago is now completely unplayable.  What should I do?
