  1. I'd rather you guys kept it to immersive banners rather than actual advertising regardless. Why do I have to see the latest Codies game or some stupid twitter hashtag anyway? You shouldn't be bombarding your paying customers with ads and slogans. I want to forget the real world and race a rally car not drive through an advertising platform.

Warm and fuzzy inside. I've been using it for a while 😉

DR2 makes very clever use of 2D sprites for the dust right? Is this different?

Also I would very much like for Codemasters to go a bit more in depth with a blog or video in the future about EGO engine.

  4. Will this ever be sorted out for the long term? All I see is "we're monitoring it" and yes across time one expects activity to go down and things to become stable.

Why can other games have stable mp matches and DiRT can't even do stable singleplayer campaigns. This always online poop continues to be an obstacle.

  5. Rallycross is featured in both games for one, if they decide to represent the coming seasons in Pcars for a while then they might just not bother competing against themselves with another DiRT title. There's no real indication a new DiRT title is on the cards at all. It's a niche genre and thus this franchise is fragile. Competition in the form of the WRC games is heating up and it's not like DiRT is making recordbreaking sales...

  6. I'm quite satisfied with the selection of cars we have. Obviously every addition is welcome but we do have a lot of cars from a lot of eras.

At the same time I'm not quite sure what I'd want from DR3. There's been some great suggestions made in the thread already especially regarding gameplay, multiplayer and user interface.

Just whatever you do don't ruin the driving model. There's areas of it that require improvement but you guys got it 90% nailed.
