Where's the reviews???

Probably has never played a racing game before That's not what the reviewer said. it was just a joke besides he's the only one I've seen that's marked the game negatively Yeah the AI really isn't bad, I can't speak for Medium or below, but on hard, they will cover their lines, they will try to push you off the track if you let them, they will outbreak you and pass you if you let them. The only issue I have with them is when they are in a close pack they break excessively while trying to avoid each other, slowing the overall pace down.
3. that guy, looks like he dont even know what Grid Autosport is. even his video descriprion is completly wrong You can't really do a walkthough if you haven't even started the game once yet, I'm guessing he means a lets play. Also, I guess I should put it here since this is the video thread, but on Sunday I did a 4 hour stream containing the whole of the first GRID Grand Slam event, the VoD is here: http://www.twitch.tv/n_skid11/b/540876201 Video is in 16:9, it was streaming at 30 FPS, but this is twitch we are talking about so frame rate may vary.

4k HD Texture Pack for GRID:A

At a guess, so long as you disable or lower some GPU heavy effects then it'll probably be OK (note increasing texture resolution doesn't have a massive effect on GPU usage, it does however eat up a lot of VRAM)
5. Just finished doing the first GRID grand slam on stream, the VoD of the whole thing can be found here: http://www.twitch.tv/n_skid11/b/540876201 Fair warning, it's almost 5 hours long, with most the races done at x2 length.
6. A wheel, Logitech Driving Force GT. Edit: Also, I'm going to be doing another stream today, at 18:00 BST so about 1 hours 25 minutes off from now, just trying to work out the jitter in the video, might not be able to as I think it's SLI related.
7. Playing on Hard, with all the assists off, and auto gears.
8. Thanks guys, I'm planning on doing it again today, probably starting a little earlyer, but I'll give more warning this time, as for last nights, the VOD can be found here: http://www.twitch.tv/n_skid11/profile/pastBroadcasts :)
9. might be a good idea to do 16:9 as it'll probably make it easier to watch It's attually not that bad for a racing game but yeah I know what you mean.
10. Yello, I'm going to be doing another stream today, at 18:00 BST so about 1 hours 25 minutes off from now, you'll be able to watch from my twitch channel: http://www.twitch.tv/n_skid11

Where's the reviews???

If they was afraid of something I wouldn't of been allowed to make my video before the review embargo (my videos aren't reviews, but they still give a lot of information about the games I cover). But review embargos are common practice for main stream developers and publishers.
12. Thanks sjsharp :) Yeah difting is kinda counter intuitive to the way I drive, I prefer to have my cars gripping all the way around the corner, so intentionally making one slide is hard ^^ Here are the screenshots I said I would post (images are thumbnails, click for full sized version): Anyway time for bed, early start tomorrow for a long day at my day job, at last it's a relatively lazy day.
13. I'm playing on hard difficulty which might effect it, but so long as they aren't packed really close together they will track the racing line fairly well, unless they are covering there line to stop someone overtaking. But yeah, most the times I've passed a car with no other cars around to effect the AI, I've ether have to be aggressive or break dangerous late, this is especially true if I'm trying to pass a Ravenwest car.
14. My video just went live on You Tube, it focus on the game from a multi-monitor perspective, but it goes into most of the systems and mechances of the game itself as well. The video itself is part analysis, part walkthough and part waffle, feel free to like or dislike my video and comment are always welcome too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qdnij0y75jc Channel Link: http://www.youtube.com/user/n11skid While this video can be watched on any screen it has been encoded to look best on a multi-monitor system, so if your running such a system, then select 4K quality from the drop down box and watch in fullscreen. I'll post links to screen shots tonight, when I'm back home again. Edit: They took so long to moderate this post other people have already posted it, sorry about that.
