  1. Hi @BarryBL I have more data on that issue which the radio stops working if we get a failure. So basically I never get to retire from any race even if my engine is blown. My question is should I start another my team mode in order to get it fixed it or at least have it working more properly? Apparently it does happen to some people but not everybody, I've seen videos on youtube with people retiring from races. To be honest it's just super disappointing at the moment.

you can see the new video I posted here racing with a blown engine

  2. @BarryBL as I mentioned before I never get to retire my car in my team mode, you can see that my engine is blown for almost half of the race. And this problem may be related to the radio problem, when one happens the other one happens as well. So basically I drove most of the race with a blown engine and no radio. By the way I couldn't see the smoke until I got to replay mode after the race, during the race I saw the radio problem happening but I continued. F1 2021.mp4
  3. @BarryBL for failures that are fixable it seems to work fine, after failure is fixed radio continues working. So the problem seems to happen when players get unfixable failures that are supposed to retire the car.
  4. @BarryBL it just happened to me again. After engine problem announcement radio is gone for the rest of the race, btw I noticed I never got to retire my car due to a problem in F1 2021. I believe it was supposed to be the case when this radio problem happens. So maybe the best way to reproduce this glitch is forcing a problem the would retire you form the race to happen & perhaps you will see it happening to you as well. F1 2021 career mode.mp4
  5. So far 80% of my races in career mode had some rain. Although I like the rain for a realism, too much rain it's not realistic whatsoever. So in my case if it was possible I'd reduce the amount of rain I'm having.
  6. @BarryBL If you notice on that video I posted which shows you the problem happening, the interval values are pretty weird, at least to me. Ocon 24 laps? Russel 49 laps? I believe it should display the distance from each driver to the leader at the moment, doesn't it? and if it's the case those numbers would be completely off I guess. So I don't know maybe it has something to do with it? maybe not, maybe it's just me not having the right understanding of that screen.
  7. Hi @BarryBL I just added the zipped file to my original bug report above.
  8. Sorry to bother you but I had this problem yesterday and I'd like to know if there is a way for a quick fix at my end, maybe to edit any file to fix and give me back the original position I've finished.

    thanks in advance

      Hi @onxnaap,

      There is no such facility.

  9. After a 53 laps race in career mode which I finished 15th lapped just once. As soon as I crossed the finish line I was moved to last and when the results screen came up it was showing that I was lapped twice DSGR-HKSV-XGGX-AGHE PC Career ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. 10. @BarryBL as I mentioned before apparently this glitch is affecting a lot of people and in different platforms. So I believe it's important to have the dev team taking a look at it.
  11. Hi @BarryBL, thanks for answering. I've seen some people report it but in a different way. the screenshots you requested are above Thanks
  12. Hi, I know there is a bunch of important stuff posted here that has to be reviewed and filtered, and I do understand you are very busy. So to avoid my bug report to get forgotten I'm sending it over here to you. If you haven't seen it yet and dev team is unaware about this glitch, I highly believe it's a important thing to pass along to them, because it has a huge impact on players performance during career mode specially if races are played in full, like I do (71, 56 laps....)

    Thanks in advance

  13. Since nobody is commenting on this post, would it be a glitch that only happens to me? 🤷‍♂️ Tbh it's frustrating that I have to go through it every 2 races. It does make a lot of difference having the radio working. smh
  14. After Engineer reports that car has a problem radio button disappears so I can't use radio anymore and I get no radio calls from engineer either, gameplay (race) continues like nothing is going on and once I finish the race and I have no control over the car radio comes back and engineer says "race over take care of the car on the way in". It happened to me in multiple races already in career mode with different car failures, it's definitely a glitch. In the video below you can see it happening. 15. Same happened to me a couple of times. Btw just finished a 71 lap race with no radio after 6 laps. any fix so far?? I mean they have to fix it.
  16. Hi, I'd like to suggest spectators view for offline career mode just like we have in online sessions. Streaming your gameplay ain't the same as having someone in spectator mode, it just provides a bunch of features that makes it more fun to watch (cameras, follow different drivers) just like in replay mode. Since it's implemented in online mode already I believe it would be an easy task for the team. thanks in advance
  17. Thanks for the answer, yeah it's definitely bad for immersion. I'll post it as a suggestion for the future, I think it would be nice to have people connected watching you if they like. And since online mode has it I believe it would be an easy task for the team.
  18. I feel like if they work on it and put the necessary improvements into the game, wet races would be fun. But again for people that don't like they should be able to just disable it in any game mode they playing.
  19. Hi guys, I'm just wondering if it's possible to create a co-op career but one of the "drivers" is gonna be in spectator mode just to watch it instead of driving as well. I know online mode has it and that's why I'm wondering. Before you ask , yes I could just streaming it online but spectator mode has a bunch of features that streaming wouldn't provide. Thanks in advance
  20. You got a point, whoever don't like it should be able to customize it indeed. But I don't mind the rain tho, to be honest it makes the game more realistic overall. To me realism is everything and at this point it don't really feel realistic in the rain due to AI advantage over players, and aggressiveness, seemingly they are completely unaware of weather and track conditions.
  21. The point is it seems like AI cars don't react to weather/track the way player's car do. So in high speed corners in the rain they can go full throttle when players have to manage to avoid spinning/crashes... So that's probably why they feel like they can overtake you at any point in the track not considering the track they driving on and the weather, I know AI's pace goes down at some level when driving in the rain but it's nothing close to what players have to do. In tracks like Monaco/Baku you shouldn't see crazy overtakes specially in the rain, real drivers are more careful in those condit
  22. Sorry I posted it twice by mistake. my browser crashed.
  23. In wet conditions in the narrow Baku track AI approaches the race the same way they do on dry in Monza. The player has to worry about the wet surface and narrow track being cautions at all times when AI seems to just disregard it (it should be a factor on the way they drive). They just fly over you, try to overtake in places no real driver would. AI go for gaps that aren't there it's a mess. AI should be cautious just like the player has to be, it definitely feels like AI don't care about crashing and DNF which makes the situation super unrealistic. In such conditions the player has to be gent
