Yea I'm looking forward to it uploading, my beard will be fully grown by the time it finishes :joy: 53% done in around 6 hours. Wish BT would hurry up and enable the new cabinet so I can order fibre, been checking BT website several times a day since they fitted the new cabinet. Only just noticed you're a community manager, I'm slow like that... Are you new? If so welcome to the mad house o:) I look forward to see the progress of said beard! I am yeah :), First day was yesterday and I just got all my forum stuff set up this morning so I'm here now. I look forward to the madness! Well you're posting in the wrong section then ;) Off-topic used to be amazing, but's it's just kinda died a slow death over the last 2 years :( The only madness now happens in The Game area with all the angry rabbits!

2015 Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix
RevolvingPrawn replied to RevolvingPrawn's topic in World of Motorsport
I can't help but imagine Tilke in his office just doodling a page full of man sausages and getting the idea for the circuit lol. -
It's depressing to think that if Rockstar weren't *ahems*, GTA V would have released on PC today :'(

2015 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix
RevolvingPrawn replied to afrodude41's topic in World of Motorsport
Kinda surprised that one of our eager younglings hasn't created a thread for Malaysia yet :p -
Ooh a new CM :p Keep an eye on that @Hughesy, he's a troublemaker he is ;) Oh and it's more fun to play Prop Hunt than it is to watch lol.
-
I've no clue dude. So far I've only really used it for recording a bit of Prop Hunt which I never bothered uploading. Best to Google it :p
-
My upload was 1.2 :p Fast as hell man lol. And my upload on Fibre is 1.8, ridiculously huge upgrade! It's so fast I could go on holiday to Australia and it'd finish before I got there ;)
-
That's a surprise man, the vids I uploaded tended to be about 1.1Gb and they'd upload within 5 hours on my old 2mbps connection :p
-
YouTube overestimates :p Used to come up with 800 minutes for me when I uploaded 50 min long vids but they'd usually finish inside of 4 or 5 hours :)

For the price dude, plus he's planning to SLI 970's eventually which'll make his PC quite a beast For a bit over the price of a 980. Not that even one 970 isn't beastly tho :p He was originally gonna get a 4770k but I told him to go for the 4790k for the higher clock speed and better thermals and the price difference isn't huge :) The only trouble now is he's running it on the stock Intel cooler because he bought everything in one go and wiped out his account and can't afford a H100i yet lol. I've banned him from OC'ing it :p
-
Awesome news dude :) Been over at a mates tonight helping him with his new build. 4790k, GTX 970, SSD for boot drive, been a fun night :)
-
The thing that worried me in that article was the part that says "plays fine on ultra at 1080p with a gtx 980" does that mean I can't max it at 1440p... :# Btw I've got Bioshock Infinite running pretty smoothly now. Every tweak guide says to disable bsmoothframerate, but mine already was without messing with the ini files. So I tried changing it to true and now pretty much no micro stutter. As for your other post I'd never buy Arma 3. I had Arma 2 but hated the movement, it's like controlling a drunk person. I know it's a "realistic sim" but the movement was awful, shooting was great, but it's just the movement/camera that bothered me, makes me feel sick. They much improved that with Arma 3 dude :p Arma 2 was weird and very clunky, Arma 3 though is a lot smoother and just looks huge amounts better :)
-
Perfect game for you and @Hughesy :p Who needs a simulator when you're doing it in real life already? :p
-
Dude... That's ridiculous lol. Beard Simulator 2015.
-
Tell you what dude, if you had Arma 3 I would have suggested we play Altis Life on it, closest we'd get to GTA V right now but with the added bonus that all the citizens are real people :p We'd have an epic time on it lol.
-
Tell you what dude, I was chuffed that after playing AI at the same level I was we didn't fail any missions :) Specially considering it's been months since either of us have really played it lol.
-
You didn't buy ACU and FC4 did you? Lucky bugger if you didn't :p
-
Happy birthday @Lukedfrt!
-
You aren't alone. I've got a fair few games to play in my library, but I'm just not in the mood for any of them. Just waiting for GTA V to drop now really.
-
That's the exact one I bought :p Had to return it because I'd actually have had to cut 4 pins including the plastic they're housed in to make it fit. It doesn't say HX in the description because it won't actually fit mine lol. You'll be fine though because it's meant for AX PSU's. No idea on Bioshock man, been a few months since I last played and I don't think it's been patched since :/
-
Good luck getting the 24 pin dude, I tried and gave up eventually with that one. You might be alright with it being AX series, but for me every seperate one I ordered was actually 24 pin to 28 pin. I'm just hiding my standard 24 pin cable behind the blue Corsair braided ones now :p
-
You'll be going down the same road as me then PSU wise ;) I got the braided blue Corsair cables even before I bought the HX850i lol :)
-
More than you think would be my guess lol
-
Seems legit, looking forward to seeing benchmarks ;)

Was about the 750D case, some guy posted that it was a turd of a case and that he'd spent $350 more and bought this ''superior' Caselabs one. I said it looked like they'd built it using Meccano lol :p So he ended up calling me something along the lines of a 14 year old keyboard warrior. So does this mean an eventual increase in VRAM usage from future games? Brain not yet engaged, PC talk overload lol ;)
