Formula E batteries! Gutted for Vergne, but great stuff for his first race. And those god damn sausage kerbs, they have to go. Ridiculous how many incidents those things cause, so just remove them and add a rule that a driver may get a 5 second penalty for corner cutting more than twice.

Oh wow, just checked out the Ozone and it looks awesome :D Looking forward to seeing your setup!

Blindingly bright! So bright that with where I normally sit one of the tubes is shining straight at my eyes lol, and I've had to flip the switch to turn them off for now :p I'll bet the UV coolant looked incredible with these lights :) Some nice specs there @Tark9m, any pics of your rig? :)

You believe incorrectly ;) 5PM bud. http://www.itv.com/tvguide/

Just stuck a pair of cold cathodes into my case, blown away by how bright they are compared to LED's :D LED's on full brightness... LED's at full brightness with cold cathodes turned on...

Same time as the Formula E race :s Gonna have to record one and watch the other I think. Now to decide on which! Correction, it's on at 4PM UK time :p

Can't remember bud :p But I definitely saw sonebody post it here. I think ;)

But they announced it in the middle of the week? And then it was posted here shortly after... :p
-
Clear! Dunno about you guys but I change my desktop wallpaper and (everything on) my phone around pretty often.

Button will not be going for 10 years :p Yea, not in F1, but there's every chance he could in WEC. Dindo Capello raced till 48, Tom Kristensen 47, hell, Emerson Fittipaldi raced in the last WEC race at 67 years old.
-
Within a year or two? Schumi has shown a driver can continue into their early 40's, and I'd expect to see Button and Alonso go till at least 38/39, and then switch over to WEC where they could race for probably another 10 years. Still plenty of milage in both of these 'old' dogs :p

There is another option for Magnussen. Once Honda start supplying engines to other teams, they could ask one of them to take him along with the engines, sorta like Bianchi - Ferrari - Marussia.

The beard looks slightly trimmed...

My stepdad rides a red and silver Honda VFR 750 and his lawn mower is a red and silver Honda. Hoping for a return of the classic McLaren livery but maybe white the white bits silver this time? :)

It's on Twitter :) Gary Paffett just tweeted that Jenson kept his seat :D Good choice by McLaren for once!

Personally, I'd be in favour of a system where the baby gets one nipple, and the mother then charges other restaurant goers for a 'drink' from the other.
-
I'd rather eat in a restaurant where a woman is free to expose her breasts than not.

Oooh, maybe they'll announce Gillette as their 2014 main sponsor...
-
I imagine it's to tell the press they won't be deciding on their driver line-up until 2015. Either that or it'll be a sponsored beard shaving for Alonso.

@Hughesy Yea it's unlikely that I'll be bothering with another Ubi game until they sort out their problems. Every game they make seems to have the same problems, Far Cry 4, Unity, and Watch Dogs being the main 3 off the top of my head. For me, they've overtaken EA in terms of how bad they are. @alonsofan46 Buying it for PS4 you should be ok, it's mainly the PC version that's messed up. But I'm not expecting any kind of U-turn soon. It's like they do make games that could be brilliant, but they release them half finished and then lazily patch them over the next few months which ruins any enjoyment you should be getting. I'd be massively into FC4, but the non-stop stuttering and performance issues are just a joke. I'm using Nvidia's current flagship GPU, the game even had a 'Nvidia' preset and their logos splashed all over it, yet it performs worse than either the X1 or PS4 versions, even if it does look better. @sjsharp2010 Believe it or not, CM's games are in better condition than Ubisoft's :p Yes the F1 games have some really annoying bugs and ridiculous AI pace, but they optimise their games so ridiculously well that they play flawlessly even on low spec machines. Like my laptop can play the F1 games with a mix of medium to high settings and still give me a solid 60fps, and that looks huge amounts better than either the 360 or PS3 graphics. Once CM ditch the EGO engine, focus on minimising bugs, and add in a much larger amount of content than they currently do, their games could be brilliant. I'm hoping they can do that with the next game, though I will say that I'm a little sceptical after how the last 2 games turned out. In the end, I will buy more CM games in the future, but regardless of the game, Ubisoft are unlikely to see another $ from me.

How the hell do they always manage to mess games up more when patching.... Such incompetence by what's meant to be a AAA studio. Cheers for the heads up, I haven't played it for a while anyway. I have no idea dude. Found a few more glitches, if you're using a weapon with the red dot sight the dot sometimes disappears during combat, and I've tried the second Shangri-La mission twice now and the game has crashed both times. Didn't bother reloading the game after the second crash, so let down by it.
-
@Hughesy If you can avoid it, don't download patch 1.5 for FC4. It's broken the game. Got NPC's spawning inside buildings you can't enter and then still being able to shoot you, non-stop stuttering now compared to the occasional before and even with the disablemip fix it's still worse. I was getting quite a bit back into it, and Ubi have messed it up again.

Apparently Perez only got told 2 days before it was announced, definitely some awful treatment in my book. It'd be like any one of us going to work tomorrow and being told that your fired from Thursday. He thought he was still a McLaren driver for 2014 before that. So personally, with this ridiculous delay and shoddy treatment of their drivers, they've really started to annoy me.

It was November 11th that McLaren ditched Perez and signed Magnussen, and Perez was announced at Force India on December 12th. Perez was lucky there was a seat at Force India for him that late.
