  1. @sjsharp2010 I definitely recommend it, it doesn't come across as your average shooter to me :) One of the best things is you can go full stealth with throwing knives and cutting throats, or just stomp into every room, balls out and dual wielding assualt rifles, and both approaches work :)

And you can buy a Steam key for it for £22 if you shop around, well worth the money!

@SILVERARROWS Imagine Max Mosley's Nazi stripper sex party, only minus the strippers and plus robotic dogs who's idea of fun is having a nibble on your face ;)

Demanding PC specs =/= Good game.

Hopefully yes it does have a recommended processor spec of an FX8350 which is the processor powering my beast so obviously quite demanding.

been playing PES today and you'd be thinking the league was upside down given Fulham are in a champions league spot and Liverpool are near the relegation zone still plenty  of games to play though as we've only just finishjed playing matchday 10

Recommended for Ultra settings is an i7 4770k ;) The only thing I'm lacking on the ultra requirements is a GTX 780. Should be all good for a mix of high and ultra though with the 770 :)

Talking of games with fairly high sysreq's, I got Wolfenstein: The New Order today. I'm surprised by how much fun it is! The game has a great feel and a great look to it, I can't help but imagine that if Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last Light, and CoD: WaW had a sweaty orgy, Wolfenstein would be the bastard result :D

  3. Watch Dogs is dispatched! I'm hoping against all hope that it arrives tomorrow now :D
mine's been dispatched as well it's got a delivery date of Tuesday but in my opinion the sooner the better really :D
Well it'll either come tomorrow or Tuesday, no inbetweens unfortunately! I've had Tuesday release games arrive on Saturday twice before so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! :)

    I think i have 05 - 11 of the reviews.

Haven't had the last couple of seasons though, 2012 was just too sad! aha
I've got 08, 09, and 11 now. Really want 05 and 06 but the price of them both is still pretty high. It's almost like the more recent reviews are cheaper than the older ones :/

  5. Caught the end of one of my colleague's conversation earlier, he was saying "... put a strap on and hide it away."
I'm not sure if he was talking about an actual strap-on and tucking his junk back... It was the same guy who was talking about his giant floppy.

    Disks.

My brother's just realised he's been using dog shampoo for the past couple of weeks. I'm dying with laughter right now.  =))

:-S Doesn't it have any symptoms?
Well I haven't noticed anything , and he obviously hasn't either.  He probably smelled horrible from it though , but I have a terrible sense of smell.
    No bloodhound you then ;)

Imagine if it had turned him into some random superhero with canine powers... Dogman. The power to poop wherever he wants and not have to pick it up after. No one could leash his supremacy!
He'd run into a phone booth and rip his collar open, Superman style.

Meh, at work I have to wear a suit. Nothing more awesome then that, eh Barney?

But yeah, nothing wrong with Uniforms. Fact of life; you have to wear clothes appropriate to the situation.
Suits are legen, wait for it...

  8. My second niece was born today! Can't believe my little brother already has 2 kids :) Just sucks that they live over 300 miles away lol.
my brother hasa son as well I don't have children and tbh I don't think I'd want any personally have enough trouble looking after myself :p
Haha, same :p Plus I wanna be able to afford things! But with my brother having kids I can spoil them and be the cool uncle B-)

  9. Extremely sad news :( Saw him on the TT Legends show when it was on TV and in TT3D before that, he always seemed like a genuinely good guy who didn't let anything get him down. Condolences to his family, and even though he's been lost, he'll be remembered by many.

  10. Oh and another thing @sjsharp2010, use Devils Kiss to lay traps for the harder to kill enemies,  and use Old Man Winter to deal with lower level enemies quickly. Elizabeth should be able to keep you fairly well stocked with salts.
don't think I got Old man Winter I do have Devil's Kiss though
Think I've mistaken Old Man Winter for one of the others :p Best just to stick with Devils Kiss then and use both the traps and normal version of it :) Best used when there's a group of them together heh.
yeah the bucking bronco power is useful for large groups but you still have to kill them as that just throws them into the air and is only good when the group is close together
I never really used Bucking Bronco :p For me it was always Devils Kiss, Return to Sender (which I didn't use for the bit where you're stuck but it'd be really useful actually!) and Shock Jockey. Just make sure you've fully upgraded those three and you're set :)
it's quite good against baseball bat wielding enemies as you can use it on them before they can really hurt you  unfortunately it's not as effective against gun wielding enemies though never really upgraded my powers as I never found enough money on my travels but maybe  it's a case of playing agaun and taking my time a bit more in those cases I faced similar problems when I first played Mass Effect to start with and nowadays I don't really think about it as I know where everything is that I need when I play that game.
Ah, it's one of those games where you have to explore everything and everywhere to build up cash :) Finding lockpicks and looting safes was what netted me most of the cash I needed for upgrades. Think I ended the game with around 22 lockpicks and around 8000 in cash that I didn't need :p

You can deffo get through playing it normally, no doubt about that. But I'm one of those players that spends 5 minutes after every battle looting every corpse and checking every desk, bin or cabinet for items lol.
