It was so completely unexpected, that's what made it so cool I think. It's a shame they didn't keep that effect but added in the colours where the black would have been.
Exactly dude. When Christian Horner said the livery for the season would be even better, I was hoping they were gonna do what you just mentioned, keep the same kinda camo thing but put the usual Red Bull colours into it. When it turned out to pretty much be the same livery they#ve run since 2009, that sucked lol.

Even though it's mostly boring, I still like it better than the 2010 livery.
In my opion the 2010 Renault is one of the best looking F1 cars of this century, right up there with any of the Jordans, the Jags, Orange Arrows and blue/yellow Renaults. A million miles better than anything else that year or since for me.
Well it would be if you like yellow, orange, or green :p I will admit I loved the blue and yellow Renault livery though. As for 2010, this'll probably be an unpopular opinion, but I liked the McLaren livery best that year.

I'd say I probably don't actually have a favourite livery overall.  Though I must admit, even though it's painful, Red Bull's 'camo' testing livery was just awesome :)

I live in Australia, I think I know what a proper beer tastes like. ;)
You like a beer that's  cheap mass produced crap, You know nothing about what a good beer is ;)
I've actually had this conversation with Matt before, believe it or not, Aussie's don't actually like Fosters :p

I do like a nice beer, but I honestly would prefer something like a rum and Coke, something sweeter.

Talking of which, have any of you tried the Kraken Black Spice rum? It's utterly glorious.
Good man! Rum and coke is my go-to drink :)

There's a couple of rumours going around that Ben Edwards and Eddie Jordan will be the only other ex-BBC presenting team to join C4. One of the bosses of Whisper has said that they don't want all of the BBC team.
I'm mostly good with that. If it means no Suzi Perry then that's good news to me, although if it also means no Lee McKenzie then it's a shame.

And Alan Rickman has gone too. Goodbye Professor Snape :(
RIP Hans Gruber, one of the best bad guys in my opinion.

Slightly annoyed with how the media is treating Alan Rickman's death. They blew up for Bowie, yet when somebody who's arguably had just as much of an impact on people, only in a different way, dies at the same age and also from cancer, they haven't made much fuss at all.

I've only heard it mentioned once on the radio today, about a 20 second announcement. Seems unfair to me.

Wonder how much PlayStation VR will be..
    $1,125 CDN :p

Though TBH that price is probably incorrect. It's lower spec than the Oculus Rift but the conversion of that price above would make it more expensive than the Rift and wouldn't expect it to be.

  7. Happy new year guys :)

Just thinking of movies to look forward to this year, so far I've got Deadpool, Captain America Civil War, Star Wars Rogue One, Doctor Strange, Batman v Superman, Suicide Squad, Star Trek Beyond, Independence Day 2, and Zoolander 2.

Then of course there's some games, Hitman, Mirrors Edge 2, Deus Ex MD, Dishonored 2, Doom, Mafia 3, Mass Effect Andromeda, and Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.

Now I just hope I keep my job past the end of March so I can actually afford to enjoy all that stuff above :p Oh and Hamilton's 4th WDC should be pretty good too ;)

    Steam has been hacked.....
DDoS'd :p And then Valve did something stupid and started letting people see other people account info...

Basically, anybody here who has Steam, don't log on or use Steam in any way, shape, or form right now. If your PayPal is linked then go to the PayPal website and unlink your Steam account, don't do it through Steam.

  9. Couple of my present highlights were Mark Webbers book (really looking forward to reading it!), a Valentino Rossi book, couple of t-shirts with one of them being a Lewis Hamilton 3x WDC one, remote control BMW Z4 GT£, £50 cash, and a £20 Steam card that's going towards a Steam Controller thanks to Hughesy's PM's about it :p

Got a few more bits and bobs like funky lamps, mugs, some Lucky Charms and stuff, so yea, not been a bad Xmas!

Hope you guys have all had a good one too! And now it's time to get some drinks! B)

I have far too many games on the go at the moment, so unless something really good goes on sale I won't be buying any.

@RevolvingPrawn Imagine if Kerbal had co-op. What time are you planning on playing Ark tonight?
Kerbal coop would be like a dream come true lol. I'd go to Duna and intentionally have a malfunction on landing and then challenge you to come rescue me :p

Usual time bud? Sometime between 7 and 8 all good?

  11. She's awful :p She tries far too hard to be likeable but comes across way more annoying because of it to me. If the powers that be decide they still wanna go with a female lead, Natalie Pinkham or Lee McKenzie are both so much better and both come across far more comfortable being on screen than Suzi Perry does.

About there being a new Star Wars film each year :p That's the impression I got when you said Disney are gonna milk it :)
Not at all, was just stating a fact. Why would I be bitter about it :grey_question:  Its a fact that they are doing just that, they need to after paying so much for it, this film along with merchandise will maybe make the money back, but they obviously didn't pay that much just because they love it, they bought it to make money. It's Disney after all :p
Because you don't like Star Wars :p But yea, of course dude, agreed on that. The amount of money just the hype for the movie has generated has likely made Disney a ridiculous amount of money already. But it does look as though Star Wars is in good hands at least! Will know for sure at around 12:30pm on Friday when I come out of the cinema after having seen Episode 7 ;)

Btw, this looks crazy! Loved the first one :)
