Lol, @Hughesy and I PM each other a lot, mostly talking about vape and computer stuff but also bitching about things to each other :p Obviously being the old man I am, I bitch more.Lukedfrt said:I don't think i've ever had more than 3 on here! How on earth do you have over 100 lol -
I need to check my notifications more often, this is only after a week :p Now you see why I miss things right @couger1981? :p

This movie has convinced me even more that I absolutely do not want to get married, and absolutely do not want to have kids.Hughesy said:Still watching Gone Girl, this is why I'm in no rush to meet a woman :joy: Only halfway through, but man, could something like this actually happen? -

Finally, TMNT has finished, The Lego Movie is next!
-
Well, as bad as it is, it's a colourful movie so my Lightpack is looking pretty nice. Talking of which, Megan Fox has a pretty nice behind (same can't be said about the face though). -
Haha, I dare you to watch TMNT after :pHughesy said:
I'm actually watching Gone Girl at the moment, great minds and all that ;)RevolvingPrawn said:Carribean spiced rum for me tonight! I've tried just about all of the different types of rum that Asda sell, but I just keep going back to their own branded stuff. Really sweet flavour, and mixes well with just about anything.
Also just watched Gone Girl, badass movie. Now I'm onto Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles... I don't have high hopes. -

Been playing SOMA for the past 2 nights, and wow, what a game! Puts many AAA titles I've played in the past completely to shame. I've already convinced @Hughesy to buy it, so if anyone is into horror games this is a must buy! I love how it started off in such a benign and non-terrifying way, only for you to be in such a completely different situation only an hour or so later. And the price, for a game that costs £23 on Steam, if I'd paid £35-£40 instead it would have felt like money well spent. -
Lol, I think I haven't played Assetto Corsa since December last year :p It was good, but I still preferred rFactor over it.Platy said:Neutral game... Assetto Corsa. I'll beat you both ;)... if I dare to play it again after it fried my last GPU. -
The physics feel pretty good to me ;) You're used to the physics on Pcars, I'm not, I'm used to the physics on F1, you're not... It's a shame we can't have a death race on Mad Max to settle this :p -
Make it F1 2015 where we've both had the same starting point and I'd do it :p Not on Pcars though, you can say it's changed often but the fact remains you had a massive head start on that to me.Hughesy said:Not really. The release Pcars physics are very different from the development builds. Every week it felt different so no I don't have an advantage. Somebody is backing down and doubting himself/ making racing excuses :p You know full well assists help rather than hinder, take ABS, that allows you to brake later and harder. They were invented to make cars easier to drive and allow you to go faster. -
I thought the general consensus was that assists make someone a slower driver? :p Not exactly a fair way to settle it though, you had Pcars for what, 2 years longer than anybody here? Trying to pick a game where you have a clear advantage? ;) -
And I still win ;) I'm talking about real life dude lol.Hughesy said:
Yet in all racing games you use auto and I use manual, and you cheat by using assists :p . Don't BTCC use semi auto anyway, so your point has failed :joy:RevolvingPrawn said:
You'd be driving an automatic, so I'd be too far ahead to let you by anyway ;)Hughesy said:
Swap it the other way around and I wouldn't :pRevolvingPrawn said:If that was the case and it wasn't decided on friendship then there's a good chance Alonso would have been 2012 WDC. Hypothetical situation: If @Hughesy and I were racing drivers in the same series and I were the driver ahead of him in a race where he only needed one more position to win a championship, I'd move over and let him through, even if driving for a different team. It's the way things are, nothing is gonna change that.
Plato has done plenty of things to lose points by his own fault. And it's the same for Shedden, no point in just pointing out Shedden's race 2 incident and not actually mentioning anything else that's happened in the season. I'm guessing you're more of a Plato fan than Shedden right? -

Fair enough, but I still don't see what the problem is. Clearly Shedden hasn't bribed other drivers, that would be against sporting regs, maybe it's just the fact that some of the other drivers like him and wanted to see him win the championship again? And it certainly wasn't 'all' drivers that let him pass, in most cases it was that he was just faster, and had no ballast in comparison to heavier cars ahead of him. Even the commentators mentioned that.fIsince08 said:
I don't need to be neutral on BTCC ;)RevolvingPrawn said:
And you call yourself a motorsport journalist... In that case then, well done Vettel on your 2012 championship, the one where both Toro Rosso drivers and Schumi all let you go by for the positions needed.fIsince08 said:Well done Gordon Shedden on bribing everyone to move out of your way.

It's a European wide competition, plus the USA. There's 9 choirs in the final and my one is the only one in the UK that has made it there! I'm not gonna lie, I'm so proud, and as the majority of the group are my best mates it's even better.
So I won't be around for a few days, I'll update when I get back how we get on :p
Well done though bud, make us proud and win! -
I actually trimmed mine 2 days ago lol, so it's slightly shorter atm, but I'm still growing it lengthways! (Taking bloody ages).
