  1. You just made a post about Apple now doing 2 apps being a great feature... But an Android device being able to do it 3 years ago isn't a big feature?

Samsung's tablets also have the feature, and have for years before crApple copied it, just like they copy the majority of their awful and out of date devices. If they're making out having 2 apps on screen at once to be a big feature of iOS 9, well in that case I feel very sorry for anybody who owns an Apple device. Pretty clearly getting second rate hardware and software compared to Android users.

Well the logic behind it is that I can tap anywhere in the middle third of the screen and Chrome opens, since it's an app that I use a lot.

Lol, did you PM him to ask? :p

I figured it was so that when he'd been hitting the Castemaine XXXX it wouldn't matter if he was seeing multiple icons on screen, he could just tap and Chrome would open ;)

TBH us Brits have trouble understanding the Scottish accent :joy:  When I was young my best mate moved to Scotland, he came back here after 4 years and I couldn't understand a word he was saying :p
Would that make me weird then for being able to understand Scottish people pretty clearly? :p

Uh you do know you could have just gone on Microsofts website to recover it? :joy:  I had to do the same back then as well.

Love the story though  :)  I can still login to my first email address but it never gets used, it was an AOL one.
Tried that, no dice. Like I said dude, I tried everything :p

I have probably asked this, but where does the name Revolvingprawn come from?
It's from when I first got an Xbox 360 in 2006/7 (sometime around then). I was gonna use Bumfez but before I put it in I saw that the console could suggest random GamerTags so I figured I'd have a look at what it could do, went through a few pages and some of them were pretty good, then I saw RevolvingPrawn in the list. It was too good not to use so I chose it :p

Unfortunately I ended up losing that GT account purely because MS decided to update their security stuff late 2013 and made everybody input their passwords for their GT's to login. I hadn't used the password since I first made the account and couldn't remember it, tried everything to get the account back, but nothing worked so I ended up losing a ton of DLC, game saves, 50,000+ points, etc. That's why my current GT is R3volvingPrawn :p

Not much of exciting story right? ;)

Something kinda interesting about Bumfez though, the very first email address I ever made was bumfez@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx when I was like 12 or 13, and I'm still using that very same email address 8 days away from my 28th birthday :p

    USERNAME CHANGE, HELL YEAH

Lee reminded me a couple of days before he left that ages ago I asked whether I could have a username change, as PeteTheDuck has nothing to do with me, I don't use that name anywhere else, and my name isn't Pete...

    So yes, now I'm MBKF1!
Ok, so question... Do you have the power to change usernames?

And a good change, I can guess that MB is your first name and surname, what's the K for? Shame you didn't change to Hami1ton though ;)
No I don't unfortunately. It's a bit weird, but on the administration panel bit there is an option for me to change a username, but it won't save it, due to my permissions as a moderator, and the fact the Codemasters Accounts system links the forums with RaceNet. I think I'm right in thinking that, but no, unfortunately I can't.

And I'm pleased with the change! You're right, MB are my initials, but the MBK thing came from a mate actually, who once randomly called me 'MBK'. There are two syllables in my surname, and the second starts with a K. So he now calls me it every time he sees me, and it's stuck with me!

I'm pleased with it though, and hopefully this time it should stick. It's the first username I've had which has some proper meaning to me. The rest of them (PeteTheDuck, ThatRaceDriver, phibes, Hami1ton) don't really have anything to do with me.

Although Hami1ton is cool for nostalgic purposes! Man, I miss the vBulls  :'(

Hah, considering we're friends on FB and I know your name, I should have probably been able to figure that out :p It's good though dude, randomly puts thoughts of an old game in my head though!

Damn CM and their RaceNet thing which nobody really uses! As much as I like RevolvingPrawn, I'd probably have been up for going back to using Bumfez ;) It's faster to type. And you aren't the only one missing the vBulls, this forum really was at it's best back then.

I would watch, but that guy in the right does my head in, I'd rather be deaf (nearly am anyone lol) than listen to him blabber on, I'm sure he makes some good points though. I may love my iPad Air, but everything else they make I don't...

Id like to point out one is using a Dell laptop, and the other a Razor laptop, both are really overpriced for what you get, so it's really funny if they are talking about the price for what you get... :joy:
The laptops they're using are ones sent to them to review and they were allowed to keep them ;)

    Yes, who wants a stylus.................

Introducing, the new Apple Surface Pro. Ahem, I mean, the new Apple iPad Pro.

If anybody watches The WAN Show by Linus Tech Tips, he utterly destroys Apple for what they're doing with the iPad Pro and the 'new' iPhones. I couldn't help but agree with just about every single one of his points.

Can't remember how far in it is, but it's past the halfway point I think.

I thought of that, but well it's set in Afghanistan and you know, very topical :joy: Not just because of world events, but this game feels very much America coming to say the mother F day yeah. I wanted to wait until the first verse kicked in before shooting, but I tried before and died lol. Really wanted the music louder but I had it right up, there's no way to turn sound effects down. I do have others in mind, so I might post more at some point ;)
Haha, plus the fact that some of the guards at outposts have conversations about a one eyed man they think was sent by the Americans :p Definitely fits ;)

You got any audio editing software? If you do you can just up the gain a little bit to make the song louder. Not too high though cos it can turn a song into a mushy mess :p

@RevolvingPrawn Here it is, the video I said I was going to make last night.

Going in loud in MGS in a danger high area with helicopter speakers blazing! :joy:
It's funny right, as you were preparing the mini gun I had a song in mind for what it might be. It was completely not the song I expected lol :p I was expecting a recreation of this...

Possibly my favourite opening to any game ever made.

You know you have played MGS Phantom Pain too much when:  You fall asleep and have a dream about attaching a ballon to someone and they fly into the air... :joy:

You know you've played too much Dragon Age when someone calls you and you end up thinking "Maker's breath! What have I done now. :p
You know you've played too much Mad Max when your driving in the rain and say out loud "Oh what a day, what a lovely day".

    Awesome race in mixed conditions!

    shortttt
That's 2 races with dodgy weather in a row, and 2 brilliant races in a row! Rossi and Lorenzo shot themselves in the foot today, but Rossi nearly doubling his championship lead is fantastic still. The most amazing thing is a guy who rode dry tires in the rain and was last for a while coming second, and a guy who fell off his bike in the first few laps coming 3rd, and both Brits!
