Yea I'm not either, still really annoying though. Just shows how broken it is :(
True on that. Even with the amount of people now working on it, the fact it's gonna take that long to fix...

At least we've got games to keep us going though, Mad Max, MGS V, and Forza 6 are likely to come out before any Batman fix. And speaking of games, finish off DS3 this Friday and Saturday again?

  2. Damn... If I'd know there was the potential to earn that much on a game like this... I could have put up a kickstarter for it myself, spent 2 years learning how make a game with PS2 graphics for about £5, and kept £4,999,995 for myself ;)

  3. It's being made by the same studio as the first 2 so unfortunately it's likely to suck. The first was one of the worst games I've ever had the misery of playing, the second was an improvement but not by much. Finished the story on it but when it got to the end 6 hours in I was like "What? Really? That was the ending..."

So yea try not to hold your breath dude :p

  4. Yea it's not ideal but at least it gives you a bit more confidence in the faster corners :)

Haha, enjoy dude :p I'm on expert too now, too annoying qualifying a lot better than the AI only for them to be all over me in the race on Legend. Did Malaysia on expert and tried that strategy of running primes in the middle stint whilst fuel saving and stretching out tyre life for as long as possible. Hamilton got past me for the lead with his options about 2 laps into that stint. When I pitted for the options with about 7 laps to go I came out around 10 seconds behind Hammy, had enough fuel to go high all the way to the end and finished only 0.9 behind him :)

  5. Yea seems there isn't a way to check the whole weekend actually, thought you meant the session weather Sharpy.

There's a way around it at least ;) Ask your engineer for the weather forecast as soon as you start the race is the first bit, and if it does start to rain then use the D-pad to select more downforce at your next stop when you put on inters. Helps a fair bit :)

  6. Bad lol. @Hughesy and I tried it last night, we tried collisions on and off but they were just stuck to off. And at one point we paused the game and it stuck us both into a different race but at the same track. So Hughesy was still in my race but AI controlled, and I was in his race but AI controlled lol. It just doesn't work well at all.

  7. Just about to start my first Championship race at Melbourne playing as Vettel (yes, really lol). Qualifying done, and against Legend AI I'm on pole by 0.6 lol. 1:25.972 against Rosberg's 1:26.639 :) Probably gonna be overtaken on the run to the first corner because I haven't figured out how to get a good start yet, but I'll fight back.

In terms of AI and driving this game is good, there's just many little annoying things that need sorting out.

  8. Poor optimisation? ;) I dunno man, it just doesn't look as good to me. The replays look great, but actually racing just doesn't to me. And I wouldn't say every game, mostly racing games lol, and games where the AA options are crap. And I happen to think my monitor is pretty good :p Sure it ain't as good as yours but it's still pretty decent.

Thank you Steam forums lol. Just found out you can edit a config file to disable motion blur :) Will give it a try and report back. Some people say it doesn't work but I'm gonna try anyway. http://steamcommunity.com/app/286570/discussions/0/537402115078299720/

    nope, didn't work :(

  9. For me it's the worst they've made :p Every aspect of the game is just poorly done. The worst thing is when I'm driving the audio is so bad it feels like I've got water stuck in my ears and I'm constantly trying to pop them to make everything clear again, and on straights it makes me feel like I've got something stuck in my eyes so I try blinking a few times to clear them before remembering the game is blurry as hell. It's like really bad motion blur even when you're looking at a static object in the distance. I'm sat in the garage right now and even the tiny movements of the drivers head makes half the writing on the steering wheel unreadable.

And I've tried all settings dude, even 4K with SMAA and the game still looked poo. Ended up having to stick with the stupid blur to get rid of them. Most annoying part for me though is no SLI :(

So glad I didn't pay anywhere near full price for this.

  10. I have to say, F1 2015 is all round sloppy and generally a bit crap. It's as if the game was made by Milestone. The graphics are awful, it truly looks worse than the last few games, menus are annoying to navigate, audio is rubbish, the whole game in general feels like they made it in less than half the time that they actually had for it.

The only plus side is the handling is OK, but even with all assists off it's extremely easy to get up to speed. And the AI are pretty good. It's hurting my eyes to look at this game though, it's either blurry as hell with all AA modes on, or jaggy as hell with just SMAA.

I have never met such a picky person :joy: Btw the reason blue isn't used on high end motherboards is becasue blue doesn't sell well. It's a fact that flashy bright/bold colours sell better, I gave up on a blue theme years ago after moving to high end. Saying that, blue is nothing compared to green. When I had green water coolant it was a nightmare, there was only 1 green motherboard, but one I couldn't get. I do wish I could still do a waterloop. I think with better planning, so it's easier to empty and clean I could do it, but I just can't be arsed.

You could always paint the heatsinks blue, that's what a lot of modders do :p
You aren't the first person who's said that to me :p I like to think that I know what I want and I'll do what I can to get it ;) Thing is if I could find a black and silver or even just black motherboard then I'd be all good with that, I just wish that they wouldn't all put stupid colours on the better mobo's lol.

Funny you should mention green, Gigabyte just put out a green Z97 board ;) http://www.scan.co.uk/products/gigabyte-z97x-game-plus-intel-z97-s1150-ddr3-pcie-30-(x16)-2-way-sli-3-way-crossfirex-d-sub-(vga)-dv

And yea, I probably could paint them blue, or even better just plastidip the parts I wanted blue, but hassle, and I'm not good at practical art lol, and I'm only middling at arty things on a PC :p Plus most of the boards colour the PCIe to match and screw having to deal with that :p

  12. To be honest no career mode doesn't really bother me much. Probably 90% of the single player races I did on the last 2 games were using real drivers anyway so it won't be all that different. The main things that really interest me is physics and AI so I'm hoping both are improved this time round.

  13. First one in the list: SATA 1 and 2 face upwards rather than angled to the right. Not enough USB ports on the rear I/O, my minimum there is 8 lol. No guards around the pins at the bottom of the board, hate the way just bare pins look. And CPU fan header 2 is miles away from CPU fan header 1, makes keeping neat fan cables for the cooler more difficult.

Second in the list: SATA 5 and 6 face upwards rather than angled to the right. Not enough USB ports on the rear I/O again lol. No guards around the pins again. Only one CPU fan header.

Third in the list: Same mobo as the first one ;)

I will admit that most of what I want are little things lol, but they're things that are big enough for me not to buy any of them :p I think the only Z97 board on Scan I'd consider would be this one:
    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-z97-deluxe-intel-z97-s1150-ddr3-pcie-30-(x16)-quad-sli-3-way-crossfirex-dp-hdmi-mdp-atx
But even then there's things I don't like about it, and even my £99 Z87 has everything that one does, and in fact one or two things more ;) I just want a Z97 version of mine with an extra USB header thrown in lol.

  14. Ok I should be more specific :p There's no blue mobo's that meet my requirements lol. The only ones that do are the ASRock ones that are between £100-£150. No problem with the price, that's how much I'd expect to pay, but like I said about ASRock ;)

My god @RevolvingPrawn  I so want this motherboard. http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/msi-releases-x99a-godlike-gaming-motherboard.html

Its RGB, so can become any colour which would make life so much easier for us, I get it costs an arm and a leg though.
Just noticed that the LED's come from under some of the heatsinks and armour parts, all of the red bits are still actually red :( They might as well have not made it RGB and just stuck red lights in there instead because it'd still look stupid in a rig with any colour theme that isn't red and black :(

When will these companies learn that not every gamer wants black and bloody red damnit!
Are you sure? I thought it's red just to show what it would look like with LEDs... Would make sense, as MSI gaming theme is red, would be wierd to change that now when it's what they are known for. Not sure what you mean by when will they learn, 90% of motherboards are blue :|
Yeaaa, there's a comment on the story with a video showing the lights in action, looks kinda stupid changing colours with the red bits :( They should have just made the whole board black and used the lighting for colours.

I swear the only blue motherboards I can find that are Z97 are the ASRock ones, and I refuse to buy one of theirs (one of my friends went through 2 of the one I would have bought before giving up, getting a refund, and buying an MSI one even though it didn't match the colours he was going for). All the rest are black and red, gold and black, yellow and black etc lol.
