  1. If it hasn't been done i have to say it certainly wouldn't hurt to send a beta code to Lando, Charles, Albon, Russell.... and ask for their feedback. This is a most unique time in the history of racing games and Codemasters should take advantage, it will be their loss if they don't.

    F1 2020 Wishlist Features

Better standard setups would be a must, Codemasters has stuck with these generic ones since 2010. More engineer interaction inside the pits during practice, option to just tell him, more top speed, more front grip... Advanced telemetry graphs. And make the cars feel more alive.

f1 2019 ballast rules and going forward to 2020

F1 has had weight distribution restrictions for years now: "4.1 Minimum weight : The weight of the car, without fuel, must not be less than 745kg at all times during the Event. If, when required for checking, a car is not already fitted with dry‐weather tyres, it will be weighed on a set of dry‐weather tyres selected by the FIA technical delegate. 4.2 Weight distribution : The weight applied on the front and rear wheels must not be less than the weight specified in Article 4.1 factored by 0.455 and 0.535 respectively at all times during the qualifying practice session. Rounding will be to nearest 0.5kg. If, when required for checking, a car is not already fitted with dry‐weather tyres, it will be weighed on a set of dry‐weather tyres selected by the FIA technical delegate." Basically weight distribution changes can range from 45 to 46% front, it's extremely limited and shouldn't affect the car a huge deal so what we had in 2018 was off. What we need is suspension settings working better and affecting the handling of the car in a more noticeable way.
  4. While that's true i think there's a difference, while the critiques they are making towards Iracing(never tried it myself) are no doubt accurate and fair there isn't a sense of "i've seen this done much better in a different game" behind it like there is with the F1 series. That's what i want, i want the F1 series to be as good as the good ones(or at least in the conversation), right now it isn't.

    Handling in 2019

An actual F1 driver said the cars feel "squishy", "feels like you are on jelly" today. I agree with him, cars feel heavy and unresponsive IMO.
  6. By the time GP4 Geoff was working with a supposedly bigger company, Infogrames(Microprose was either sold or joined) i think. Unfortunately the GP series was the only hit they had. And with F1 going the exclusive license route that was it... Anyway... Lando just took another shot in Codemasters general direction https://twitter.com/racefansdotnet/status/1251266740757106695?s=20
  7. Virtual mirrors. More ffb options, the ability to shape the FFB curve/proggression, maybe a tire slip slider... Well just look at RRRE there's a lot that can be brought over.

Please add more info on the steering wheel screen [R2]

Different "pages" of information have been done in other sims, Codemasters does seem to put more effort in their HUD than their cockpit display though.
