  1. We can't see the issue here. It looks like the telemetry data needs filtering out based on the button events.
  2. This might just be the available players when you are searching for a session in the same skill and safety rating category as you. I'll see if the network team can check the current matchmaking settings for any issues.
  3. Hi @fryuio - the original error code you got suggests that the session you tried to enter no longer exists. It would be expected to see this occasionally as there might be cases where a host terminates their session as someone else tries to join. It seems like you can join sessions though, so I'm not certain of what the issue is. Please can you browse through the sessions in the Social Race mode, find a session that already has 10+ players in it and try to join that session. That would tell us if you have any issues joining sessions with more players.
  4. HI @fryuio - unfortunately I can't see that report code on our system. Please could you try again and provide an updated report code when the issue next occur, and also provide the time / time zone for when the issue occurred?
  5. Hi All - we've made a little bit of progress with the extra logging provided by some of our community. This has allowed us to work out what error is being produced. To help us work out why this is happening, we are hoping to find two players / friends who always encounter these errors when attempting to connect to each other's session (please note this is an error when first connecting to a session and not after joining the session). If there are two players who experience these issues and are happy for us to enable some extra logging on your account then please get in touch! Thanks.

  7. @maxim650 - is this the case when starting a new MyTeam career? Also, please confirm whether the options in the Team HQ have the icons enabled. When in the Team HQ go to Settings -> Career Settings -> My Team Icons. Thanks.
  8. Hi @Lopensky - we already proposed this solution but it was rejected as the algorithm could be simple to reverse-engineer against known gamertags. 😞
  9. Hi @fryuio - please could you try this again and supply your report code. This code can be found in the bottom-left corner when entering the settings screen? That should tell us whether you are entering sessions that do not have other players in, or whether something else is going wrong.
  10. @Wlad2110 - are there any other Xboxes running on your network, or perhaps a PC running the Xbox Live app?

  16. To access the Icons, try this: Pause the game in the Team HQ. Goto Settings -> Career Settings -> My Team Icons.
  17. @LH44Banta - are you also using a TMX wheel?
  18. We've looked into this and it appears to be working as expected. The values will only show for real players as AI cars don't simulate engine wear in the same way. Remember also that real players will only show more detailed telemetry info if they have set their UDP to use the "public" setting rather than "restricted".

  20. Unfortunately, this fix is queued behind a few others at the moment. It is pencilled in for inclusion in patch v1.06 (about two weeks away), but this may get bumped back depending on other fixes that come in. Sorry.
  21. Hi @blazereborn / @AwesomeLanky - we think we spotted an error with the Steam configuration in certain regions and have pushed out a fix for this. Please can you check this out again and let us know if this is now resolved. If not, please can you let us know what country or region you are playing from and we will investigate further. Thanks.
  22. Hi All - the 1.04 patch is expected to be released on Monday for PlayStation users. We'll provide a further update once this has been confirmed.
  23. @samlh44 - Merged into this thread. Please note that Xbox users will need to update the firmware on their wheels to be compatible with the latest Xbox system software used in F1 2021. See the recommended posts in this thread for more info.
