It makes me sad. This may be Kubica last WRC season.

Nothing about this? https://twitter.com/Kick_Up/status/690219258849038336 I will be so happy when this car hit the game. So different to the rwd we have.

DiRTy Gossip about DIRT Rally Games

I was not trying to be super realistic. Only wishes. Being realistic the most probably is not seeing any new car in 9 months, only the Renaults. In 9 months if SLRE and WRC 5 sales poorly and Dirt Rally do it extremely well nobody can be sure of nothing. Maybe even there are changes in Toyota or Citroen minds. If we have to be pesimistic there is a big chance to not see more content for the game...

So let's clear the table. What is your top 5 list? (I am assuming we have the Renaults) My personal top 5: 1. DS3. We already have C4, so it can't be so difficult. The 2010's category will be completed. 2. Pegueot 206. Another world champion car. We have 205 and hillclimb peugeots. It's also very possible. 3. Xsara, with the 206 we fulfill the early 2000's category (maybe at some point it could be split into two different categories). Two world champions cars from the CMR3-05 era. 4. Group A Evolution, III/IV. Again world champion, a must have, Mitsubishi is already in the game. 5. Toyota. This is maybe the most wanted by fans. I would go with Celica st185 (I will kill for Carlos Sainz livery). The problem with the Corolla is there is no late 90's WRC in the game. It should go with the early 2000's category. About locations, Corsica and Australia for rally variety. Also Argentina, Spain (mixed tarmac and gravel) or Mexico for an hispanic touch

That says a lot about the quality of the rest of the game, doesn't it? Of course. The youtuber says at the end of the stage: "I would kill for this co-driver in Dirt Rally". The rest of the game is the same in all languages.

DiRTy Gossip about DIRT Rally Games

Ok, so it's kind of a big issue. I will help in all I can for spanish co-driver. First thing, I was wrong. The last countries (Finland and Sweden) have the new co-driver both for countdown and pace notes in spanish. Were the rest of rallies where the countdown and finish use the new co-driver and the pace notes the old one. In the first patches I thought he was a marshal not the new co-driver. About the english notes glitch I only heard it in a particular stage at the very end of it (only a couple of turns). I am not sure, I believe it was Finland. I will play in Finland and Sweden these days to check it out. Maybe it was solved in the last patches, I didn't focus on the new spanish co-driver because until patch 1.0 Finland was almost broken (completely desynchronized), I was patient because of the early acces. About the voice itself. The old co-driver in spanish is slightly better. The new one is quite robotic and even the audio mix sound more far and electronic, I don't know if it's trying to emulate the headset. @KickUp as you've told us I suppose the new will redo all the old notes. In both cases they are clearly voice actors who try to mimic your british style. This is more a suggestion or personal wish but this co-driver is far from ideal in spanish. We spanish fans prefer a more intense and agressive co-driver. I think a big reason is Luis Moya, Carlos Sainz co-driver. The notes are in crescendo, even shouting. We name that to "sing the notes". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnA9FpXfMiY Sebastien Loeb Evo Rally uses a real spanish co-driver and you can hear the difference. This channel is one of the biggest for spanish sim-racers. You can read the comments, all praising the co-driver (copiloto) as the best feature of the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcJOPf1pKkE Trying to be as clear as possible in english. Sorry for any mistake.

Yeah, in spanish there are two different co-drivers. First one is better. What annoys me is that in the new stages the countdown and finish is made by one and the pace notes by the other.

Nicky Grist as co-driver option? FMV intro? Impreza/Focus McRae livery? (remember this tbt with CMR1 cover).

There was Rally School in the first Colin Mcrae, is an option. Other options are DS3 or maybe something about online. Otherwise it has nothing to do with content.

Perfect combination of 2014 and 2015 M-Sport colours. Sadly the car will be slow this year (they are working in 2017 WRCs). Will be Camilli the surprise of this season?

We should be realistic. A Dirt Rally 2 game can't introduce all these things like magic. I don't know if they are going to change the engine, I doubt it, DR is the best looking Rally game ever, so far. Do you want a CMR3 /04/2005 trilogy again? I prefer expansion packs, with cars and new stages and countries. As I said, if they go for a revolution do Dirt Rally 2, for minor improvements and new cars or stages keep with Dirt Rally, refining physics and online (bigger issue right now).

Am I the only one who think that they shouldn't go for Dirt Rally 2 in 4 or 5 years at least? I think Asseto Corsa (or other sim racing games) model with lots of patches and expansions/DLCs is the way to go. Bring the improvements to Dirt Rally and don't think in the sequel unless you have something really new and different. I know this is not Codemasters business model (formula 1) but they have surprised everyone with this amazing early access, keep in touch with the community and don't end the development now.
