  1. The force feedback is slag, then comes in, in the opposite directing it should do or for no reason, out of the blue. The wheel is fine with Grid Autosport, F1 2013 etc/ This has occurred once before with F1 2013, when I had my 7990's in quadfire. I removed one card and it was fine. Ive done the same again but still have the problem. Any suggestions please?
  2. .Hi all, I need some expert advice regarding momentarily intermittent USB device controller (G27) disconnection, with only one application (grid autosport), and whilst that application is using both the controller and the internet simultaneously. I  reinstalled the application and wiped and reinstalled windows several times. I also uninstalled similar apps in case of any confliction and uninstalled and reinstalled every hardware driver and made sure they were up to date whilst trying older and beta drivers. I also flashed and updated the BIOS etc and disabled legacy. This was days of faffing and fiddling until I eventually discovered (by sheer fluke) my GPU drivers had not installed correctly the last time and were running the application with only one out of four GPUs (7990's in crossfire, or 'quadfire' as it has been coined). Yet I had disabled crossfire previously, before the very first reinstall of all apps, driver's and windows to check and see if this were causing the issue, but with no joy. So I removed one of the two 7990's and all now works well again with no controller disconnection issues at all whilst in the app and online. I've written Logitech and codemasters regarding the issue with no response. Usually I'd not care why and be satisfied it works. Nowadays I find myself quite intrigued as to why, in stead of winging it. i.e, I want to learn more than I currently know. Also, why should I remove expensive hardware due to an annoying problem whilst also sacrifice quality and performance. It had occurred to me an IRQ request was in confliction, but both pci-e and USB are not using the same IRQ address/protocol. Could it be the motherboard (MSI gd65 z87) and or the processor (4.2Ghz 4770k) bottlenecking or some sort of latency fluctuation caused by bad programing by codemasters, Logitech, Amd etc, or all of the above? It cant be a power issue with a 1250w. All apps that use the same hardware never have this problem, even ones in a pre-alpha state like Assetto Cora. Should I upgrade my motherboard and CPU to say, Asus deluxe X79 and i7 4930 or is this just something that I should overlook? I'm not one to sweep such things under the rug lately due cost, interest, and not whilst I'm building an identical rig for my soon to be 15 year old sons birthday. I'm sure it would be very disappointing for him. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. 3. Hi all, as it says above, my G27 disconnects during online MP only. Not in single player, nor on any other online race game. It was fine until about 10 days ago. Now, when I start a race online, in race or in lobby it will have a black screen with "controller disconnected pop over the game play. It can happen within 10 seconds to almost the length of a race. I've reinstalled the wheel and its drivers. Tried different USB slots to no avail. I've also reinstalled the game twice and deleted all profiles and games that have been installed on or around that time. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. 4. I had the game pre-ordered and downloaded. The first day (27th) of release was fine, yet by the 28th I have been disconnected/lost connection in the waiting room or in game about 85% of the time! Has anyone else had this issue, if so, and you've fixed the issue, could you advise me how to rectify it too please? 8Mb connection and i7 4770k, HD 7990, 16Gb DDR3 @2133Mhz Ram incase you may think my hardware and connection are an issue. Thanks all

    F1 2014 G27 Force Feedback Problem

Solved, it seams F1 2014 doesn't like high FPS. I set Vsync and all was well with the wheel.

Grid AS causes computer to freeze completely

Hi, I have the same issue. ! in 12 races on average will freeze on the loading screen which forces me to turn off the PC. I have noticed this happens mostly in online races leaving from lobby to loading screen. I also have this problem... Grid Auto sport Online Disconnection issues!

I didn't know about the killer network problem at first. Initially, I just thought I'd reinstall my drivers. Upon trying to reinstall windows said not compatible. That's when I went online to find drivers and read the issue. What I mean is, try older drivers or just a reinstall. I've been playing now for hours with no issue. Something changed on my setup.

Grid Auto sport Online Disconnection issues!

@hola 8Mb connection is standard in the UK unless your in a city or near one. Fibberoptic will arrive for the rest off the UK between 2015-2016!

Grid Auto sport Online Disconnection issues!

SOLVED!I've race on five diferent hosts now with no issue. I hope my solution isn't just a fluke.I have a MSI GD65 Z8Z. This motherboard is equipped with Killer Network on-board. I uninstalled its drivers. Whilst on my other PC searching for drivers, I stumbled upon a page that suggests Killer Networks have had issues with race games in particular. Gamers have been unable to stay connected or log on etc. I found drivers (even though my board has its own auto update) on the MSI website for Windows 8.1 64bit, installed them, and so far no problems. NOTE: My motherboards driver disc when trying to install said, "not compatible with this version of windows". I'm not sure why, but with Windows 8 they were fine. When I updated and installed windows 8.1, the network carried on working. I had no idea they may have issues. However, this doesn't explain why I had no issues online racing in Autosport on its release day, but only the days after! Nevertheless, it seams to be working now.  In a nutshell, uninstall your drivers, hunt for later ones, or just them reinstall and see if that works for you.

Grid Auto sport Online Disconnection issues!

@sucr4m I have encountered that three times yesterday. Its not your usual freeze. Its like a freeze you'd get if you'd left VLC player on pause too long. A refresh of sorts. Last time that happened to me, the rival I was having a head-to-head with was 100ft further up the road when the picture became unstuck. My real headache is the disconnecting issue. I've asked players in game, if and when that's possible if they've experienced it, their answers always no!

    GRID Autosport Feedback

The game is fantastic. Your best driving game since TOCA 3. However, from the second day of release (i predownloaded for the 27th) I started getting disconnected from online games. In the waiting room and in the races, yet I had no issues on the release day. It's driving me insane.....HELP!
