  1. I don't understand why they would even do this, If the UK has been wiped out by nukes, I'd just unleash my entire arsenal on the person who did it. I mean that is literally the point of having them. I think it's the fact that in the event of a disaster and action needs to be taken kind of scenario and seeing as the prime minister is effectively our leader in these circumstances it's down to them. I'm just glad it's not my job. No I meant the lines I highlighted :p  Why would we give the option of putting our nukes under the control of a foreign power if we are wiped out? Becaus

  4. He'll be 25 next season as well. If he joined in 2018 he'd be 26 when starting his first full season, that's just crazy, He badly needs a drive next year, maybe McLaren could pay Sauber or Manor to take him. I don't know if they would consider that or not, but if it is possible, I would try it. Haas and Force India are out of the question, Force India have a strong pair, and Haas are Ferrari 2.0 so they will not help a rival team. Could Williams take Vaandorne if they got money for doing it? I don't know, but I hope he gets a seat.
  5. Wait, is Bottas missing entirely from that on purpose? Or did I miss him? Neither, I missed him because I'm an idiot  :# Oh right :L  I wonder where he could fit in there, I think realistically he would just stay put, making Alex Lynn the reserve driver. But in terms of other places he could go, what about Haas? Grosjean and Bottas is a strong pairing, either of those two could end up at Ferrari as a solid 2nd driver. Or maybe Renault? I don't know how certain Ocon is to be there as I don't know much about him. I don't really see him going anywhere else, Renault and Haas are t
  6. Wait, is Bottas missing entirely from that on purpose? Or did I miss him? Neither, I missed him because I'm an idiot  :# I was wondering about him earlier when I saw your post, but then I just figured maybe you don't rate him worthy :p Also, it seems Imola may have a contract, but Monza is still likely to be the Italian GP thankfully! http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/125344/monza-deal-close-despite-imola-f1-contract I think it would be the best case scenario to have Monza as the Italian GP and Imola as the European GP. I really like Imola, so seeing it back would b

  8. It's just natural selection at work after all. Same with those people who jump over railings at Niagara falls...
  9. It's actually quite nice not having a headache after the race @MBKF1, I preferred the old V8's though.
  10. Tier 1: Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso Tier 1.5: Rosberg, Button, Ricciardo, Raikkonen Tier 2: Bottas, Grosjean, Perez, Verstappen, Massa Tier 3: Kvyat, Hulkenberg, Sainz, Palmer, Magnussen Tier 4: Ericsson, Nasr, Wehrlein Tier 5: Gutierrez, Haryanto Ricciardo and Alonso could easily trade places though.
  11. I cried because it's true Having said that, most Vettel fans these days seem to be the ones who jumped on the bandwagon since 2015, so they probably don't enjoy his RB days so much. Despite the man himself being the same person and driver he was back then. Which is quite funny, because it seems apparent now that all the booing he often encountered in 2013 was due to people getting wound up by his success rather than disliking Seb Vettel the person, as was being claimed at the time.  Anyway, I digress. Long story short it's amazing what a change of overalls and a change in the pecking or
  12. Gladiators were not killed as much as you think, at least, that is what I've heard ;)
  13. Damn, I just wish Aston Martin would enter F1 themselves - that or Team Lotus. I can dream can't I?
  14. There is nothing that annoys me more than seeing celebrities getting away with crimes where other people would be done. Justin Beiber is probably one of the worst for that.
  15. 1. Other than Mercedes, which teams will win races this year? Ferrari. 2. What will be the best result for Haas? 9th place. 3. Who will score more points: Max Verstappen or Nico Hulkenberg? Verstappen 4. Which team will score more points: McLaren or Renault? McLaren 5. Which driver will out-qualify his team mate most frequently? Vettel  6. Will Kimi Raikkonen remain on the grid for 2017? Yes 7. How many of the 11 teams will score points? 10, I don't see Manor scoring. 8. Before the season ends, will Monza be confirmed as the host of the 2017 Italian Grand Prix? Yes 9. Who will w
  16. I hope has go for mainly white with red and black kind of like Brawn did - that'd be cool.
  17. Came 3rd in competitor and team tables - decent. Better than I expected and also just 34 points off of the winner.  Well done @RevolvingPrawn :p
  18. http://imgur.com/a/w04J6 This guys setup is damn sweet.
  19. WrongRightWrongWrongNo IdeaWrongWrongRightWrongRightRightRight?WrongRight?RightWrongWrongWrongRightRight Lol, maybe 9/20.
  20. Meh, only 61 - certainly not enough to win. Thanks for organising everything @fIsince08  this year though, it's been good :D And good job @Chadwick8505 - we did pretty well in the team standings :) It would be pretty cool to see some stats of the season if you have time/motivation to do it - like the highest score, lowest score, highest scoring race, lowest scoring race etc.
  21. Qualifying 1. Hamilton 2. Rosberg 3. Vettel Race 1. Hamilton 2. Rosberg 3. Vettel 4. Raikkonen  5.  Ricciardo 6. Bottas 7. Kvyat 8. Massa 9. Perez 10. Verstappen
  22. I also found that cringe worthy and I normally think that Ted is one of the only good things about Sky. It's pretty simple why he's faster, either he suddenly decided to try harder or Lewis decided he can't really be bothered any more :L
