Ricky Gervais' version was irritating, Steve's version is lovable but in a dopey "I'm a great manager" way, can't think how to describe it. I do love Shaun and HT so will give it a whirl when I've finished watching TGP again, halfway through! 😎

I personally loved it (also disliked the UK version, I'm a bit weird like that). It captures office culture in a great satirical way and Steve Carell as Michael Scott is just the best. Here's a great clip, probably one of the best episodes. Father Ted is also a great one! I haven't yet watched Spaced, not been on my radar really but I will give it a watch 🙂

Parks & Rec is great (from season 2 onwards, season 1 is shakey) but TGP is much better IMO. He also did writing for The Office (US) which is also one of my favourite all time shows so I'm starting to think I'm a fanboy subconsciously lol Classic British comedy is also great, can't count how many times I've watched the entire Fawlty Towers and Blackadder boxsets but the US does do some great comedies as well, I'd actually say I prefer a lot of modern US comedies to British ones, last British comedy I actually remember really enjoying was The Inbetweeners.

Oh man watch it, at least all the way through to the end of season 1, I was never more surprised by a season finale in my life (in a truly great way). Once you've seen that, go and watch it again. You'll know why 😉 It is such a unique, hilarious show. If you like Brooklyn Nine Nine and Parks & Rec (all by the same guy Michael Schur) then you'll love this even though it is pretty different. Then DM me so I actually have someone to talk about it with 😁 .... 😭

If anyone has watched The Good Place, there are many alternatives they use. Holy motherforking shirtballs for one!

Was that a feature in DR? I didn't even notice lol. I haven't noticed it in DR2 but I would have to play the same stages more to see a difference.

Can confirm, rocks are plentiful and painful. Played some stages last night (not Argentina) with some other testers and by the end of it, I had popped 2 tyres and my engine and radiator were gasping to a point where I could drive 1 handed it was so slow. 10/10 would do it again. It doesn't help that I think I have a bit of McRae DNA in me the way I drive lol.

I would be very surprised if we didn't see anything especially since action cams are cheap as hell now so they don't even need to be GoPros.
