Hi, I'm running DR2 VR via Oculus Rift S with GTX 1660 Ti atm.. medium/high settings with 2xmsaa and ASW forced on.. Graphics are "acceptable", but could be a lot better.. I was thinking of upgrading to a RTX 3080 and a i9-10xxx so that hardware wouldn't be a bottleneck.. Is it really so that you can't turn things up to make it good looking? Have you tried upping the pixel per display pixel override with theOculus debug tool, I thought that could bring some improvements?

The car setups are stored in the profile save files, <Steam Installation Directory>\Steam\userdata\<Steam User ID>\690790\remote\ (690790 is the dr2.0 gameID) Backing this folder up and copying it to the new installation should work, if anything.

ProcessExplorer suggests that -useoculussdk option is in use, which matches the info here https://steamdb.info/app/690790/config/ Maybe you know what to do with this, if I try that command line in a command prompt I just get a Steam warning and the game starting in default 2D mode via Steam.

Hi, have you seen this? I think If this doesn't help with configuring the controllers then nothing will.. http://blog.codemasters.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Multi-Input-Device-System-for-DiRT-Rally-2-0-Master.pdf -
Wales DLC - Some Wales stages wont load?
Kur Delli replied to amo61's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0 Support
First suggestion is to run the game installation files integrity check in Steam DR2.0 game settings. -
I don't remember well how things were with Windows 7, but try to set the Windows audio to headphones/stereo setup and disable all audio enhancements in Windows settings. And set the game audio eq to headphones. Not sure what the Logitech software does but please make sure the Windows audio settings are correct.

Is your audio configured correctly in Windows and in-game, this sounds like the codriver is on 5.1 center channel and you're listening to only l/r channels on your headset. Maybe worth a try to verify installation files in Steam?

Steam client updated last night and this problem seems to have gone away now. -
bug reports DiRT Rally 2.0 - Version 1.13 Bug Reports
Kur Delli replied to PJTierney's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0 Support
Can confirm as well that the last latest Steam update causes the effect described above, Rift S "not supported" popup when starting DR2.0 with /othervr Oculus SDK option. This is the only VR-related note on the Steam relnotes: SteamVR Filtered out Oculus SDK launch options while SteamVR is running using a non-Oculus headset. -
Make a backup of your profile folder contents, they are under <Steam Installation Directory>\Steam\userdata\<Steam User ID>\690790\remote\ (690790 is the dr2.0 gameID) Copy the backup to the corresponding folder in your new installation and you should see your profile with setups.

Dirt Rally VR 2.0 - Win10 - Oculus Edition - Monitor mirror is stereoscopic
Kur Delli replied to raymyburgh's topic in DiRT Rally 2.0 Support
There is the option to get a 2D single eye view with the OculusMirror app in the <Oculus folder>/Support/oculus-diagnostics folder.
