Thank you! I had the Marlboro red, but I couldn't find which color to use for the main_s

Guys, anyone knows how to make the colours look fluorescent-like, like this Marlboro red? I've tried using the same colour, trying different things on the main_s file, but with no luck. Any help would be greately appreciated.

No since liveries for DLC cars can't be used, and it clearly looks like it won't change, sadly

've been thinking recently. What if Shell and Ford had sticked toghether on the British Rally Championship, with a fully sponsored car, like the Black Beauty Mk2 Escort? So I created it.
This Escort Cosworth would be based on the 1994 edition of the British Rally Championship, driven by Gwyndaf Evans and Howard Davies, to be more precise, on the Stena Sealink Ulster Rally from that year. And then, I decided to make a version based on the Rally El Corte Ingles, for a possible European Rally Championship participation from the Shell team.If you would like to download it, you can do it through here:Oh! And there is also a Ford Sierra version of this:-

It is the same. In the vehicles' box (bottom left of the screen) of the daily and weekly events, it just appears the Impreza S4, so you can only use that car.

Literally the only car that is showing up is the new Impreza 22b. the other cars don't appear at all.
Someone else on Facebook reported the same thing.
This is for the current (at time of writing) daily community event in Australia. I only have the Impreza selectable.
All cars still available in time trial etc.

Guys, it is because the Daily Community event of Australia is just for the Impreza S4 WRC, not the whole 2000cc class. It is not a bug

It is appalling, The simplest things in the game are still unfinished. All you wanted was a fuking paycheck. Why don't you sell the franchise to someone who cares and would actually take a little pride in their work? I mean the fuking menu's don't even work rite. The more I play the more disgusted I get with your half-assed approach. The ffb the menu's the wipers, the list is endless. Every part of the game has something unfinished because the people in charge don't give a *** about anything but money. I am hoping you do not do the same thing to Pcars 3, that franchise is one of my favorites. If you *** it up I will make sure you will lose enough business that it will be painful for you. All you have to do is give a *****, get off your bum, and finish your broken *****.
Have you tried keeping pressed the wipers' button for about 2-3 seconds or so? It's the way you turn them off since the first DiRT Rally.

I've been thinking for some time now about making some of the Subaru Rally Team USA skins for that boat... I mean... R4 Impreza, so, it would be possible

I mean, I would love little road sections in which you have to manage the time left to get to the SS and don't get catch by the cops doing so 😂

Career mode and other stuff could be better but it depends, it's for sim-oriented fans and they don't need career at all. It could be there but who cares? It's much more important if you can drive your favorite car on any track. And you can in DR2. Would be great to have HC sim with Keanu Reeves in career but it's a bit problematic in real life 😄
If from my post, you can only "argue" about the career mode, it means that Kyloton is doing something really well. But well, what makes you think they have more resources? You have to pay for the license, it's not like the FIA or the WRC promoter is putting money in developing the game...
Also, if sim fans don't need a career mode, why games like Assetto Corsa Competizione include one? There is more than hotlapping (and career mode does not mean you can't drive your favorite car on any track, should the game happen to include your favourite car...)

It also has dynamic weather so... I won't say it's a perfect game, I'm having a hard time getting used to the cars, but I have to recognize them that they've done a great job in some aspects of the game, like career mode, stage design, times of day/weather...

53 minutes ago, ianism said:if anyone wants a bit of basic history: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIA_2-Litre_World_Rally_Cup
In my opinion, FIA 2-Litre World Rally Cup just refers to the championship's name, like World Rally Championship, whilst F2 is the name of the category, like World Rally Car.
I mean, F2 category is based upon the A7 category, 2.0L engines and FWD, then, there is F3, based on the A6 category, which fits for 1.6L FWD cars like the Saxo Kit Car, 106 Maxi, but I think also the Micra (which is, if memory doesn't fail, an A5 category car).
Sorry for multiquoting, it's just that I like this kind of talks, like a lot.

3 hours ago, Johnnnn said:OK, thanks. It's a normal car with a rally kit? And F2 means something? I just did daily challenge and the car was light and relatively fast.
The only thing in which a rally Kit Car and a normal kit cars are the same is that both use a body kit (even thought, 1996 Kit Cars apart from the Clio, Megane and some few exception just added spoilers), but a rally Kit Car is much more, as those body kits are installed and mounted from the factory (unlike a normal kit car, in which you have to build it yourself). They use lightweight parts, meaning these cars could weight as less as 900-910 kg before the FIA impossed a weight ballast to make them slower than WRC cars in asphalt. And finally but not less important, they sported highly tuned mechanics, so as the cars they were based in where around 150-180 hp in their 16 valves-2.0L engine configurations, this cars where between 265-300 hp in rallying configuration, using "the same" engine.
3 hours ago, Malling said:I wonder if F2 is an abbreviation of FIA 2-Litre Cup, which is what cars of this spec competed in?
Don't think so. I've never been sure what F2 exactly means, but I think it is something like WRC being F1 (never called like that) as they use the top "formula" (this is, 2.0L engines and AWD), 2.0L Kit Cars and '93 to '96 2.0L FWD rally cars being F2 and 1.6L and '93 to '96 1.6L rally cars being F3 as they used sameller-slowest formulas, thus comparing rallying to open-wheelers in the use of "formulas".

I have been holding the release of this liveries for some weeks, but I think today is a good day to release it.
This is a little tribute to Markko Märtin, but specially, to Michael Parks. I'm recreating the 2002 Focus WRC, on the San Remo and Network Q GB rallys, on the R5 Fiesta. They finished 5th on the Italian event, while clinching a podium on the Wales rally, as they finished in 2nd place.
I'm gladly surprised how well it fits the Fiesta.Hope you like it, guys!

a big, enormous NO for those chimeras like Fubaru or Peugeot Cosworth, pointless cars, very far from the original rally meaning.
And forget about Citroen, Honda and Toyota. Copyright issues.
While I agree in that having cars like the 306 Cosworth would be a chimera (you wouldn't even get a license to call it a Peugeot 306), I disagree in that some of them are far from "the original rally meaning". Let's not forget that, for many years, rallying was based around crazy ideas (Group B and S cars are prototypes, not in the more strict form of the word, but they are), like sticking a new front end to you Beta Montecarlo, adding a Volumex to the engine, and go rallying around the world.
As for license, well, I don't think Citroen is a problem honestly. The relationship between CM and the PSA Group seems to be pretty good, with 3 Citroens, 2 Peugeots (and 2 more comming) and 3 Opels.

Here you go @Keko55, just unzip the file on the main DiRT Rally 2.0 folder. Maybe I'll need to make the logo smaller, but I prefer that you try it first, and then tell me wheter you like it or not
